I can't believe he's used Crabsticks instead of real Crab...COMPLETELY destroyed the soup.Check how much crabmeat are in Crabsticks and you'll see what I mean.If he were to dish that in our Chinatown,.the Triads would cut his legs off!!!.I've done other recepies from this guy and they are fantastic,I'm not calling him,but I'm just disappointed he's opted for the cheaper ingredients,therefor making the SOUP taste cheap.ADD REAL CRAB !,lol(and if you can get it,a little Chinese shredded Cabbage)

Krab has a flavor of its own. If he wanted to use imitation meat, so be it, but it doesn't necessarily mean he was trying to be excessively economic.
