Good video summary of this silly picture. It truly trivialized the science fiction of Philip K. Dick. It became a "bang, bang, shoot-'em up" storyline that grew more nauseous with every passing minute. Arnold can't ask to save his life.

If Total Recall were made today it would be 4 hours long and star Shia Labeouf. The cinematography, editing, and writing are all great, and Arnold's acting is fine. This isn't "The Hours", its fucking Total Recall. We don't need some cerebral trip into the skull of Phillip Dick's dystopian future every time we watch a movie.

AND the girl Quaid designs before implant...also shows up later in said implanted memory. Uh huh. Its all a dream, baby!
