I love the new Lancer. The regular and the EVO. I'm a big fan of the EVO.
Also you have to remember that following a car that is a legend isn't an easy thing to do. They want to keep the old crowd but yet draw in new people. Tough balance. But I like this better than Subie's latest attempt.

Agreed. They've done very well with the latest lancer design. Just bought myself a VRX, I'm actually quite proud to be driving one. As far as the small sedans go, It hink the only car that has it beat for design, is the mazda 3 - but it doesn't come close in power, comfort or technical prowess (the technology in the new lancers is insanely good).
wow did they miss the styleing on that one it has too much mazda in it it looks like a mazda 6 i hate when car companys take a stye that people hav come too love over the years and just toss it out the window kinda like say the acura gsr vs the acura rsx styleing the rsx was a flop they really could hav done great things with this generation ill prob buy a 03/06 muy self im just glaid these cars finally came to the usa and yes i was one of the first to have a rs2.5
lol They have a clip of 2 fast 2 furious. What a shame. EVO X is sick...but they still need to bring back another turbo model...like lets say....another turbo eclipse :). Thats not 30K+.
i was goin to buy a magna vrx which i am totaly in love with though it sucks compared to competitors, but the day we went to pay and finish all the precediors they say that they sold the car a day b4, even though we went b4 and talked to them about it and said ok well be there in a few days,(it was second hand) thnx to that and the crappy lancer i drive now and seein how the new one will be,i'm no longer a fan of mitsu
