Larry Kudlow, you fucking hack of a tv celebrity...you're no journalist...what a cunt...real journalists are Amy Goodman with Democracy Now, The Real News network, Indymedia, Al Jazeera English.
Howard Dean turned out to correct in his point he was making. Vos and Scott Walker was lying all the time. It's amazing what will be revealed in time...
They had strong unions in Detroit. I really don't think people understand how close we are as a state.
Vos is my Rep. I think he did a good job in the interview for being a bit out of his league.
Businesses don't want to be in Wisconsin. They are leaving because the legal/tax environment and the unions have made it caustic to stay here. Harley-Davidson was going to leave. That should be the wake up call.
Something has to change. But, don't tell that to the state unions.
@robluce1 Businesses leave when they can find a better labor environment to exploit. Their goal is to maximize profit.
The solution is not to have a society where there is this divisive competition for these heartless companies, but to make it so that no matter where they go labor costs are irrelevant to their decision making process.
Because in the mean time they are destroying community after community all in service to this:
all for themselves and practically nothing for everyone else.
Howard Dean is a total ass and we're so lucky he screamed in '04 and taking himself out of the Presidental election. He's classless in this inteview, comparing Robin Vos to Egypt's Mubarek. Up to this point in the interview, I disagreed with him but he never lost it. Total scum. If democrats want to keep independents like me in the fold, then they need to distance themselves from leadership like this. Dean is EXACTLY what the American people want changed in Washington.
What are they chanting in the background? "Hey hey! Ho ho! Union busting has got to go!" That's all this is about. Not about increasing contributions to health care or pensions. It's the elimination of collective bargaining, period. Republicans are seizing on a year where they won with pathetic voter turnout and are claiming it as a mandate to do all the repugnant conservative wet dream ideas they have had for decades, essentially threatening to return us to a feudal state.
Great job Rep Vos!
