It always amazes me how a small truck will push a semi like that.

Actually I drove a tri-axle dump truck that is close to the size of that small truck.
If he were fully loaded with stone, concrete, or sand, he would weigh from 73,280 (Legal weight for Pa Highways) to almost 80,000 pounds, they wouldn't have any trouble moving a large semi like that. The semi would weigh about the same or maybe even less.
