I'm so miserable most days that, if I suddenly discovered a magical means to cure my condition, I would shout that cure from the rooftops -- free of charge. as an IBS sufferer i look up everything to make sure it's legitimate and i don't think this is. if you click on the "Blog" or "About" on the bottom of the website it pops up as an error. Also if you google "guts to glory" absolutely nothing comes up, which leads me to believe it's a total scam. The last update i found on the website was july of 2010. This girl was probably paid. I have IBS and RLS. Does anyone else have this and has anyone beaten this? I also take an Imodium the night before I go to sleep and it sort’ve does help. If I continually take Imodium at night for a fair while will the IBS disappear completely????

I took the stuff a lot more frequently like once daily and then if i felt sick throughout the day. it started off being one pill then i had to increase my doseage. I think it's fine to do what you are now but know it may lose effect. also, My IBS got even worse over time. the meds stopped helping and they were, what i believe anyway, were causing deterioration of my stomach lining or something because they were not helping and more so hurting.

@MrAJEESH0007 because unfortunately for one, ibs is a term they use to say "we don't know what it is" my doctor confirmed that. For two, it isn't serious enough a disorder for much money to go into it. it isn't killing people, simply disrupting their lives. They see that "if something bugs your stomach, cut it out of your diet." If that can be done, they see no further reason to put money into something that can be controlled by the patient

You don't need to buy proprietary preparations. However Rifaximin is recommended .A good diet based on steamed vegetables and limited good quality low fat meats like chicken will help you achieve the same results. Key factors are identify trigger foods and exercise then stay with it for a few weeks. Its very hard to be disciplined but worth it. recently. I mentioned the vegan diet thing cause I think thats what messed me up even more cause I heard so many people say good things about it and it made my symptoms worse. I love fruits and veggies & its good for you but I have to maintain a balance in my diet and people have to know what goes with their body. I grew up on eating rice, pasta breads etc. My family still eats those things today & I seem to be the only one suffering like this. So back to white rice for me minus dairy.

There are different types of fiber. Soluble and insoluble. If you suffer from diarrhea it's better to eat foods in soluble fiber like white, white bread, white pasta etc. You can eat brown rice but the husk which makes it brown might trigger ibs symptoms. Veggies and fruits can be both soluble and insoluble especially the skin on certain fruits. All this hype on being a vegan or vegetarian actually doesn't work for some people. I tried doing it and I never really had problem with Ibs until
