@Fengg9 Not saying that a disarmed society can not be polite, but this prank is certainly a bit rude. There was exactly one incident of road rage after the Texas handgun carry went into effect. A fellow tried to beat a driver, and after 3 hits, got shot. After that salutatory example, most folks decided to tone down their rage, because you just didn't know how it would play out.
@DonMeaker Have you actually lived in Japan? It's kind of sad that, as you claimed, people in Texas toned down their rage only after someone got shot. Japan's crime statistics are extremely low compared to the U.S. and other industrialized society. Their biggest problem was pickpocketing, and even that happened rarely. Sociologists actually studied why violent assaults are so rare in Japan. You might want to google that and read up. Statistically, a society like Japan is much safer.
@RenaRaven Remember, criminal rage is indulged in by criminals. You can't blame the good people for it. Rather, you can assert that when good people have likelihood to be armed, even criminals must be polite, or face risks. No doubt, Japan has low crime statistics, and have many very good people. If we got rid of many of our minorities, our crime statistics would be much lower, but since that would be a criminal approach, we need to encourage criminals to be polite. The armed citizen works
@DonMeaker LOL! First you call the pranksters rude even though the ones being pranked are comedians and Japanese entertainers who are normalized to these variety/prank shows, then claim an armed society is a polite society, and then blame the minorities for the crimes in the U.S.? Yeah, that's not preachy at all.
Anyhow, loved the video. Too bad some people here want to make a social commentary out of a hilarious prank show. Such a shame.

@NovemberEve I claim that such a thing would be unlikely in the US, because we expect different behavior.
