What the fuck are you all talking about? Think about the beginning of the video. The biker was in front, which means he stopped, got off his bike, and came at the guy in the car, THEN the guy in the car pushed him and "Big Bad Biker" didn't do shit, but get back on his bike. Now he decides he wants to be all tough again, and starts following the car. I grew up around bikers. And I woulda slammed on my breaks too.

Not to mention pushing around him with his car so he can cause this hit and run to take place to start which makes it premeditated.

It's very rare when someone rear ends someone else and their not at fault but the guy in the car was clearly being malicious and even if the guy on the bike was at fault the car left the scene of the accident putting him at fault for a hit and run.
