The show is terrible now! I loved the first episode, and now its just awful and formulaic, in a bad way. I was initially looking forward to The Young Bucks vs The Skull Crushers, but I'm not so much anymore.

I remember hearing about the title via their website and I knew that Perkins held it at one point. My guess is that it's supposed to be a secondary title of some sorts for TV.

The NWA Heritage Championship is a title defended in the National Wrestling Alliance member promotion NWA Pro Wrestling.

The Hertaige title was once known to be the Western States Heritage title,plus Barry Windham was the only guy that i knew back then to have held it,but as for what happend to it's where abouts nor..why did the name Western got droped from that belt.. i have no idea,just like the NWA world tag team belts that IMO" ..some how vanished into being in the place of the U.S.A tag titles worn by 2 halfs of the Koloffs.

Well the thing is they held the turney for it in Florida that is what I don't get. I found info on the Western Heritage but that was it..its just very confusing you would think they would have explained it.

Agreed. To sum this up i will start to look into this matter... in order to see if i can get a more clear under stan ing as well. Not to get off subject,but i also found it strange after all these years that it took World Class Championship Wrestling.. a while for their product to even have it's own world title>>>how ironic ?

NOTE: back then thanks to the NWA to have Flair defending the National belt in that brand,untill World class/NWA was no longer in the works for partner ship. Rick Rude was the first ever to be WCCW champion when they finally got their on belt. I forgot how and when WCCW got their first World belt though, my apologies btw.

Actually Larry Zybyzsko won the title from Windham, and then when he lwft Crockett promotions for the AWA he took the title with him, defuncting it for years.
