@JustJoshin247 I didnt make this video but you could try a weight gainer, Ex. Quickmass by all max will have this all in one but it is hella expensive and HUGE scoops with recommended serving 4 scoops so you will feel bloaded but when i took it I only did two scoops but it will have all this in one./
Question.. I see you seem to add alot of water in your shaker. I currently mix 8oz of water with my protein blend which already has 3 g of creatine I believe.
Are you just adding what is recommened total for all of those or are you adding what you have found to be the best amount of water?
@ManiacFigures Those are people that don't drink enough water while on creatine, then yes it will affect your kidneys, but that's because of talking it without drinking enough water.
@mattownsu1 If i were you i would go with Kre-alkalyn.....all kre-alkalyns do the same *They are a really reallllllllly concentrated form of creatine* i got some great gains with it in strength. Brands really dont matter, just make sure the serving size is like 2 capsules at 1.5g
hey man, i like yur video. another group of videos such as yours suggested that milk and dairy products were terrible for you. i was just wondering if that was true or not.
Question.......Can you mix all these shake ingredients ahead of time in a cup and just add water after you workout? Or would that dampen the effects of any of the ingredients?
well he says it helps transport the nutrients to your muscles more effectively so might as well. i just learned what taurine was a few days ago and i've been adding it to my post work out shake.
DeaconJF1ash, that's a waste of money there.. you're taking 360g of protein.. without considering the food.. your body ain't absorbing that.. that's for sure..
you should calculate the amount of protein you need like: body weight x 2g of protein.. if you have 70kg (154lbs), you should take 140g/day. But it's alright to take more. 3-4 scoops as you said, not sure if 2 is already 30g or if it's only one per serving. But it sounds like you're already taking like over 300g with protein supplements. And if you add the protein from solid food.. you're doing way more than your body can absorb. Either you store fat or you pee all of it..
He's saying your body can't absorb that much protein it's like 20-30 grams or something like that. What you're taking is too much and is actually a waste it sounds like you're using a weight gainer to me which is ok but your body is not taking in all that protein maybe your taking it to gain weight instead of the protein but i'm not sure.
depends on the yeild (amount of protein u get per size of scoop) i grade a protein on how it mixes in a shaker if it clumps, gnc has some ok products.
yeah its ok to have milk but remember the protein you get from milk is slow digesting and there are added calories in milk so depending on your goal sometimes it's ok to use milk, i use water because it's cheaper. Thanks for the comment
