  • Can someone give me info? I need to know why my switch blade button is hard to press.

  • On what knife?

  • I find it hard to trust items with buttons. As in the buttons having some problems.

  • Buttons have no problems. This has a safety to prevent it from going off by accident. I custom built this Carbon Fiber model myself and it is solidly made and put together. I will be adding a pocket clip to the back of it and then it will go up for sale. This is simply the kit model I will be selling soon.

  • What type of steel did you use for the blade ? The reason Im asking is because aside from my Microtech SOCOM and my Benchmade AFO most of the switchblades I've encountered have been nothing but garbage. The blades have been made from cheap steel such as 440 (most likely imported from China) and were not properly heat treated and they couldn't hold an edge through a slice of bread.

  • AUS8 (Heat/Cryo-Treated)only the good stuff.

  • yes a very good metal
