It depends a lot on the weight of the driver and the engine used. I have seen everything from a 9-25hp engine on these. Mine has an 18hp. I think it likely goes close to 35 mph with driver only and maybe high 20's with a passenger. Kind of like a go-kart though... It feels a lot faster!
