People that drive like that shouldn't be teaching --anyone-- how to drive. The last driver of a Porsche like that got scraped off my driver door when he Tboned me. Fortunately the driver of the Porsche died in the crash, I was driving a big pickup so I was fine. Better he hit me than take out some mini van and a bunch of kids.

Think fast cars and fast women are the way to go? Get some fast brain cells and save those cars for the race track, not streets or windy roads endangering bicyclists.

@Emerson278 Better the idiot dies and pays the price rather than hurt anyone else, or worst causes them to lose their life. I don't wish anyone to die, no... But if someone does something that can potentially kill someone, like hurl a 1,800 pound metal box around a corner in busy city streets with lots of pedestrians. Sometimes involuntary man slaughter is too harsh, sometimes it's not harsh enough. I'd hate to think I died because of some punk driver speeding who lived.

I just think it might have been better if the word "fortunately" hadn't been used in the same sentence as "the driver of the Porsche died in the crash". There is never anything fortunate about someone losing their life in an accident.
