Lol, our boxer does that to, though now that she's older she gets pretty grumpy sometimes, I think they howl cause' it most likely hurts their ears, last time I tried to make her howl she attacked our pug so um... yea, we havn't done that to her since, it's wierd though cause' she's the only one who would do that....
That's a cool video!! RIP to the person who lost their great pyr. It took me 4 years after my sasha past (rotty) she was a beautiful trust worthy dog! Now I have a great pyr. Layla and she drives me nuts! But I love her! You'll see in time you'll find another furry friend!

Kody is beautiful ! yes, I'm a proud father too. My "Chico" is almost 2 yrs. old and weighs in @ 153 lbs! He loves the snow, and to play rough at times. He's also the most gentle and serene friend I have. 150 % loyal, I've always had Rotts or Mastiffs since a child. I'm 45 now and "Chico" my Grt,Pyrn. has won my heart over, unconditionally ! I'm hoping to have another Grt. Pyrn., a play-mate for him soon.Yes, they do get stubborn and bull headed..once he knows the Alpha, love conquers all.
Hilarious... I noticed the photo of the Pyr (Kody?) in the background too... A true Pyr home My Lucy, (yes, a Pyrenees) listened to Kody's lovely singing with her head tilted a little...
Thanks for the laugh, especially when Kody, smiling away, climbs on top of you to kiss you... I love it when Lucy does that, they are so funny these dogs...
