I hope you realize that's a big gap. His sprocket is a 36T, 30 isn't that big at all, it's actually quite small. Try to learn a little more before you comment and make yourself look like an idiot.

Need to have the back of you're bum leaning over the back hub, depending on you're weight/Height and Manuel style(developed after practice, which makes perfect)

push forward with your feet and backwards with youre hands, if you can feel the front end dropping either pump with you're legs or hands to keep manueling.

My secret tip to long manuals is eye contact

if you feel your front end dropping look futhur into the distance and not at you`re bars.
