Of all the Kirby games the superstar series is the best and here are the reasons why:

1. the levels are sick as hell

2. you can play 2 players co-op for the first time ever

3. 2nd player din't look like Kirby and remain the same; same moves and the same name

4. you had old/new themes (more music, oh yeah) for this spectacular game

this game needs not to be a cancelled one but an awesome game for the Wii

This is actually what eventually became Kirby's Return to Dreamland. If you can't tell, the graphics and gameplay styles are very similar and the character designs as well. Even the bosses in the video are in KRtDL. There's still 4 players and they can stack up on each other. The big difference is that they replaced the helpers with 3 extra Kirbys and Dedede, Meta Knight and Spear Waddle Dee. I like the end result. It's still a great game!

@MushroomGuy12 alright let me put it like this, no doubt that Nintendo did use elements from this game because its unreleased in Return to Dreamland, but if this game was released in the time frame it was suppose to be released in i highly doubt it would look anything like return to dream land. Its kind of like how sonic 4 used unreleased music from sonic 3D. plus Kirby has that ability from superstar to capture enemy's and have them fight for him, which i haven't seen in Return to Dreamland

Reason 1: There is music in this trailer that is similar to that of the prologue to RtDL.

Even though its announced uncancled, i see the wii one a totally different game from this. First, the graphis, and this even has atleast one "3d" boss. Theres also the helper option, which was replaced with Meta Knight, King Dedede, and Waddle Dee. Also, you can tell the plot was changed because in Kirby Wii, King Dedede is definately on Kirby's side. Yet, the "3d" boss is a giant mechanical robot with Dedede's insignia.

Very little else is known about it besides the previously-revealed and rather outdated information. Iwata himself (CEO and president of Nintendo Japan), however, did apologize for the long wait and promises a release date for the title some time in 2011.
