The amount of time presented as 'time wasted while providing change' is over exaggerated. At my work i feel that when customers present change at the register, it is a faster process in comparison to presenting debits and/or credit cards.

I just wanted to clarify that the Swift card is nothing like a debit or credit card. There is no inputing of a pin required or is there signing like credit cards. All that is required is a tap of the card to the reader. Yes, while we did over exaggerate the slow process of giving the change in the video, we only did so for the sake of clarity. We did time trials and the reading of RFID cards (like the ones you use in Sheridan) are in fact faster than counting change
