I have contacted BP,and the Coast Guard with my deep sea capture invention without avail. If they would have brought me into this emergency at the beginning, most of all the oil and gas would have been captured.I warned them about cutting the well head and they did not listen.Once again my capture invention could come into play until the fracture is resolved.
