  • I've always thought of Cosette as one-dimensional, the weakest character in the story (both the novel and the musical.) The singer here gives her a life.

  • wow, in another language! ... it's fantastic, i thought it'd only sound good in English... fantastic!

  • Wonderful Cosette - at last, one who doesn't squeak! She has a lovely voice. I really don't understand the staging of the last part, though - why are Eponine and Marius just standing about as if they have nothing to do? But they sing very well, too.

  • this is perfect! i love this! can you get more of this?

  • ill have you know lesmizfan2007 cosettes can act!

  • Yes, Reidun Sæther is awesome. But so are Jørgen Olsson and Øyunn Bjørge... (And it's not negative that Jørgen is one of the hottest "Marius" ever... :P)

  • I really like having a more operatic Cosette. It vocally reflects her higher station in life versus Eponine's pop style which is less refined--representing her hard life as a girl of the streets. This appears to me to reflect the original concept when Les Miz was first done in London and Broadway in '85 & '87.
