Ok, so I feel like a huge nerd for saying this, but the beginning was so beautiful I almost cried! lol. A&C just had such an amazing journey together...
I think they were in love but didn't realised it.They wanted to declare their feeling for each other but then the whole Jasmine story happened and they never got the chance which is very sad because they belong together.
I love the little dialog you've done with them at the beginning of the vid.
That's one of the things I regret a bit in Angel, even if that's obvious there was more than friendship between them, he never clearly says to her "I love you" like she does. So, was she more in love with him than him with her ? Was he just traumatized after what happened with Buffy and so she was just more courageous about her feelings ? For me, the second question is the good answer...

Yeah , I see what you mean, they had a simple relationship but sincere and they didn't need to express it with melodramatic words...and that's the reason why I loved them together, they were almost like a real-life couple just without children (and still with Connor they were almost a real family !).
thats what i love most about them they dont look like those kind of cheesy couples oh i love you cant live without you blah blah, you know they are like come on mister get up and fight thats what you do best, the way she talked to him in her last ep you're welcome it was like old times , you can just see it in they was they act around together, they would insult each other but still in love

wonderfully done they were perfect together i really believe if charisma didnt get out of the show or was fired that her and angel would have ended up together cuz clearly there was no better couple and partners better than these two
