it's not vacuum leak. its that air cleaner with no map sensor hooked up. If you want an easy fix and like the suction sound. run the stock air cleaner so you can hook the sensor back up and flip the lid upside down.

Its most likely got a bigger throttle body and a beefy cam. Those two will make truck sound like that when they are untuned, and the iac opens to keep the truck from stalling

a 4.3 is actually the equivelant of a 350 with the last 2 cylinders removed.

if someone spent the money on developing decent v6 performance parts this could be a sick motor .

I work at autozone, and I have seen some crazy shit with the o2 sensor causing the engine to run like that, but it most likly is the idle control. Very sick truck man, I want mine to look like that. What exhaust you got?

my moms blazer was doing that.. we put a tune up and new injectors in it and it started running fine.. i heard that the premium plug wires are better for the 4.3s but i don't kno for sure good luck.

well given that the idle is electronically set you may have to take all that apart to find the issue ill tell you what go to pepboys or maybe autozone get the book on s10 and s10 blazers and it will tell you evrything i got one and it explained evrything how to put it together and take it apart

hmm first 4.3 i heard that does that but sounds like to me its your tps sensor needs adjusting or possibly your timing is off that blazers nice though if only it ran right another problem could be your timing chain is a bit off good luck with it
