This is a bad clone. The good ones are identical carry the blackbeery logos and boxes are dual sim and cdma with wif fi click screen with feedback and dont have the analouge antenna since thats useless in the US. Cost for a 1 to 1 clone is $100 direct from manufacture

It sounds like you changed something in engineering mode, that you should not have changed, you will have to talk with the person or business to let them reinstall the software, just tell them that it only goes to the welcome screen and stays on. If you have not had it long they should help you.

no just one card, what do you mean by code? do you mean the WiFi access code on the modem, yes if they have security on, but not if it is not on!

Thank you..I have been having so much trouble with this phone..I thought it was cool when it was given to me.. but everytime I do the pen check it works ok,but then something goes wrong and I can't get the letters to type,what I mean is when touching the A the Q-or W goes in place of the A. I am so sad..and someone mentioned that when you goodle that all the English letters are square boxes, thats true they are. needless to say I can't do much with this phone.

Don't buy it! Opera Mini doesn't work with WIFI, e-mail browser doesn't read emails (you can see only small squares instead of letters). Second web browser works with WIFI but mainly shows errors, not web pages etc... The phone is time and money lost...

Thanks for the answer! Sure, I set time/date, WIFI works ok, connects very fast, but Opera Mni doesn't work with WIFI (shows only "no connection"). About email browser- looks like it doesn't work with Latin characters (but works ok with WIFI :)) Possible that my phone is damaged - it doesn't turn on while is no SIM card inside- don't know if it should work this way...
