CANON HV30 - Cinema Mode Footage

I used to think I HV30 sucked. I even thought about selling it and buys a 7D. But after seeing this I guess I just need to learn how to use it. Will you give us a tutorial on how you created this great looking footage?

Also, the lighting seems to be very camcorderish. How do you get theatrical lighting conditions?

It still doesn't look theatrical. There is something missing. Maybe it is the lack of cinematography.
