Actually, he was reviewing a sneak peek that was not released to the public(and was told this). We held the game back for QA because of 1 bug and the framerate issues on the iPhone 3G (it always worked great on the iPod Touch) and the version now on the appStore is said to have much better framerate performance on 3G iPhones. - the Developer! Thanks
