or atleast Beef. He wasn't saying we should keep people poor dumbass. He was saying that slums and poorer areas of the world also have intrinsic wealth to them. as much or more so then the rich areas, because that's where you see human ingenuity working on an every day basis. You think you could live on 2 dollars a day?...There are a lot of people out there that do. Thats ingenuity and that's what he's talking about. Not that we should celebrate poverty.
