Also air warfare that was at least a majority committed to fighting the RAF. Also a very big part was resistance movements in French and other territories that committed German troops. As Russia proved having manpower does not win wars. Germany couldn't concentrate 100% on Russia.

It was the US that made up 75% of the forces in western Europe and it was American soldiers that linked up with the Russians near the Elbe river.
