i made an app at the apple store it was no problem, i scheduled it online and could have went in in 1 hour but chose the next day, i have had no issues with the store they gave my a new ipod 2nd gen because my other one had broke and had 20 days of warranty left,

I had just bought a brand new iPhone 3GS 32GB Black. And that same day I found out that AT&T sold me a broken iPhone (the microphone and speakers didn't work). So I had went back to AT&T the same day to get it replaced but AT&T basically said "oh well, go to apple" so I had to drive across town to go to apple to get it replaced. And since i didn't make an appointment i had to wait an hour. And I was furious that they were giving me a refurbished iPhone. I was mad cause I payed $300 for a brand

I had to go to the apple store to for my old iphone 3g because the mute switch fell off. I went in and set up an appointment and apple replaced it with no hassle. They just looked at for like 2 mins and I was gone. That is the easiest place to get your phone replaced. Thanks apple

This happened to me yesterday. I bought my 3gS and i came home and i sat it down on the coffee table. An hour later i went to turn it on again and it was completely dead. Nothing even plugged it into the charger took the sim out everything!!! so now i guess i have to go back to the att store and hopefully they will give me a new one. Cause of apple im without a phone that i desperately need for work purposes.

I am on my fourth 32gb white 3gs. They all have a rattle and the sim tray won't fit flush. My first one also developed two small cracks by the lock button. My 16gb 3g was flawless, it makes me sad that the build quality has suffered on the 3gs.

They'll likely work out the kinks in the next batches they make. It's very common for manufacturers to make changes to their devices throughout it's life and still class it as the same model and so on, much like they do with consoles. So, give it a couple of months and we'll likely see these issues fixed. It may have had something to do with the recent heat wave though which really would not surprise me in the slightest. A case of bad timing lol. We'll have to wait and see though.

You can do pretty much anything you want on the Macs in the Apple Stores, they don't care as long as it's not illegal or malicious. I frequently go in and make a smiley face on as many Macs I can get onto with Photoshop or Illustrator lol. People always go in there to check their Facebook and stuff too, then log off and walk out.

My iPhone 3gs was having battery problems. It was saying it was out of battery I charged it all night. It still said out of battery. I take it in to apple. They say it's a software malfunction and were going to restore it but it woke up saying it was full of battery so they didn't restore it there. When I get home I saw the battery depleting really fast like 1% a minute. I restore it and it fixed. But I would have prefered a new iPhone
