Ok I played with Cotton and I played against Wilmont both are great athletes at their own position. Wilmont may be 210 lbs now but he plays running back while cotton is a receiver. but if you do want to argue over which ones better then just compare there stats when they played each other. MP won cotton played great, wilmont did alright. Look at 2:37, thats cotton chasing down wellington for ya

i had the pleasure of blocking for JC lemme tell you he made the job easy! coach doyle got ahold of him at iowa and he's fillin out and will play WR. our senior year we ran a spread offence to complement him and our QB and erased the fullback from our game except in goalline... this is old footage. we played 3 homecoming games(clear creek, williamsburg, MP) our senior year including our own and won em all! best year of my life thus far!

Cottons a great athlete with incredible speed, but questions arise about his durability. After a knee injury last year people may question his ability to take hits from a D1 linebacker.

This could be a highlight video for the fullback--that kid lights up the defense, great blocks...best as I can tell, I count 3 pancakes, the block at 1:30 being a beaut...anyone know if he went to the next level? (Hard to tell, but it looks like he might be a bit small to get a scholarship for D1 or at fullback next level, but anyone that hits like that needs to be on a field somewhere!)

Cotton didnt do shit against Norwalk in this last seasons sub-state playoff game, it was more of his brother that did more damage then Jordon did. We shut Jordon down. He better put up at Iowa. I admitt hes good, be is he consistant?

I certainly wouldnt say wehger has had everything handed to him, but it is obvious that he has had many more opportunities to better himself than some other athletes, that being said, from the looks of brandon, it appears he is very near his physical peak. Good luck to both, they are both spectacular football players in their own right.

Cotton is good, but he is not the second comming. Weigher will have a much better career, but look for good things from Cotton.

I'm excited that Iowa got wegher and cotton and davis...but i'm not goin to label wegher as anything great until he plays better competition and proves it (I hope he does)...I've played teams like storm lake and estherville, running like he did against them isn't really that impressive, i think cotton probably had better competition...eithor way idc cuz cotton will be a WR at Iowa with Keenan Davis...Hopin for big things...

I was in Iowa this past week,I went to the game fri. night. Jordan Cotton didn't play a lot, I guess it didn't matter if they won or not regarding playoffs. Anyway, it was cold and wet and miserable, so no sense in getting him hurt. His little brother just crushed a guy breaking up a pass on D. That should be on youtube. I was told that the kid who posts a lot of this stuff is the punter, he looked pretty good. But all of his punts were to the right, FF scouted this, had 2 returners over there,
