to those who bash this airline,, dont portray it as tho AI is the only airline thats bad.. here in the usa, american is just as bad as that. all airline has their weekness. AI should be congratulated for the leaps and bounds that it takes for people...who are in the long run a bunch of fucking ingrates!!!! atleast they have your comfort in mind. some other airlines, not so much. and whoevers on the cry baby case, i'm sure you were that way at one point in time. if you complain, dont fly PERIOD!

no trust me its great. i used to be a big air india basher when i traveled on one of its ancient 747's. but the economy cabin on the 777 is amazing. its super comfortable and the screens are huge for economy personal tv's. the recline and legroom is great too. its not as bad as it looks, i actually like the way it looks it seems airy and bright. as for the food-- thats always been amazing.

I have flown economy and business on this aircraft. I didnt see any foot massagers in eco. I also saw a woman being upgraded to business. AI has a no upgrade policy on these flights. Flight attendant told me that she mistakenly sat in economy. What BS!! It takes a while to get used to the color scheme.

It is not about their paint scheme, but Air India management is horrible. I had few relatives aboard two Air India airliners and they both had to make emergency landing in Germany because of Tech. difficulties!
