Incoherent, nonsensical, if there is any symbolism it's far too esoteric. It's not an outrightly bad effort, but it just doesn't seem to work. In particular it really doesn't seem to fit with the song. Poe Poe was about greed, people doing diplorable things for money and then wasting it. This video just seems to be a disjointed non-sequiter set of scenes that just don't mesh.

Hopefully I don't come off to negatively here, and I definitely give you credit for the effort.
