  • First of all, I'd find a replacement for the supervisor. What's supervising without confrontations?

    As for the hostile co-worker,

    I'd acknowledge her work and praise her on her latest project.

    I would try to get on her good side by being close to her in the lunch room. If she still continues to act hostile, well then why bother? From then on I'll just ignore her. I'll continue to be polite and salute her, but that's about it.
