I can't see Ducky letting Gibbs get in trouble with the director but I can definitely see Mcgee allowing Tony to get an unnecessary lecture from Gibbs. After all Mcgee owes Tony for the poison oak incident, the super glue pranks, and most recently his online romance. And remember Illya was a geek just like Mcgeek, I mean Mcgee. ;)
