  • Person who says Good Point! kinda... ruffles my jimmies. if u know what i mean

  • very helpfull interview answer thanks!

  • hmm.impressive answer...nice example...wow they're really prepared...good point fvck!

  • is he a gay he look a gay..!!

  • 'I wanna hire this person' sounds like an old guy deciding to hire a hooker

  • he has the point..

  • the guy that says "i wanna hire this person" is actually thinking "i wanna fuck this person"... you can sense a little libido on his tone ; )

  • @M4TCHES

xD omg, i was thinking that too.

  • whenever people ask me this question i always say the same thing, "I want a millionfaffiliongagillionbbillion dollars, and nothing less!"

  • how to answer if interviewer asked for a fuck for me?

  • mmmmm nice ass

  • this NEVER works and the HR manager will look at you like your stupid. Do your research come up with a range like 50-60K and prove to them why you believe you are in this range but keep the range about 5K apart. if you give them a range like 50-60K they will always offer you like 52K and you cant say can I have more because 52K is in your range of 50-60K. it is only when they are out of your range then you can negotiate. Hope this helps.

  • can we put a subtitle what they are saying???

  • That was sooo terrible!

  • I cant stand the start and end of these videos

  • @j0e151 it's like a broken talking rag doll..

  • Looks so rehearsed..

  • I'd just be like "ay yo, let's cut the BS, I expect at least $____ an hour"

    lol

  • now the Indian body shops call and tell you they have $35 an hour for a $100 an hour job. So this reply will never work!

  • He's so fake! If I was the interviewer I could see through the crap immediately.

  • Impressive answer.

    Good point!

    Oh, I'd hire this person.

    Oh, hi Mark!

  • puhhh leeesee stop those intros...... they piss me off.....

  • @candy2645 sounds like some porn site, cough cough

  • "I wanna hire this person" . Baahahahha!!! Cracks me up every time.....

  • GOOD POINT!!!

  • Make sure you bring "evidence" of your past success!

In a sales role, that may be a brag book.

I give a lot of job interview tips on my channel, too!

    (but with a Texas accent)

    Peggy

  • He blinks way too much. I do like what he said though. Short and precise to get what you want.

  • consultingcase101 has a lot of sample interview questions & answers from top consulting firms.

  • this sounds so staged. he needs acting lessons.

  • @TheDashDoll not only this is poorly executed performance, but also this way he answered the question can be found in many books and video recordings. one needs to change the word order while answering this question and use once own style as well. those who will repeat this word for word or other similar versions from books or video will be doomed to fail. fake as hell.

  • Alright. For everyone bitching about the intros. Here you go. 0:12

  • Seriously, the "answer" didn't really answer anything.

Why can't people just be upfront and say, "based on my research, my level of experience and qualification would justify a salary range of $xxx to $yyy." Of course, if you want to be vague about this, it only shows that you are either desperate to get a job or you have no clue how much you are worth (or how much the firm will pay).

  • His real answer:

I hope for as much as I can get.

Everything else he says is a waste.

How could one be a critical and logical thinker as a manager and at the same time use so many words to convey very simple ideas? Perhaps that is why most managers are hated?

The recruitment people are really strange? Do they really understand their work? I would like to interview them. The whole industry is so fake that I believe it is more suitable for actors than for real people.

  • Good one!

  • i think its an impressive answer...

  • In other words: DON'T ANSWER! IT'S A TRAP!

  • Could anybody write down for me what this man says? I am not amerikan and don't understand his quick speech at all but would like to know it.

  • @MsMarinala He says:

    EXAMPLE 1:

Well, based on my research that I have done on the Pharmacutical industry, as well as ABC Pharma, I believe any offer would be a fair one. I have a strong background in this industry and I believe my skills are a perfect match for this role, so I'd expect my compensation to be at the upper end of this position's salary range.

  • @MsMarinala EXAMPLE 2:

Well I'm sure when the time comes we could agree on a reasonable amount. But I would expect a salary that reflects my experience as well as the qualifications that I bring to the role. What range did you have in mind?

  • @traptrocks1

traptrocks1, three weeks ago you wrote down a quick speech for me at youtube. I am very grateful to you for your help.

    MsMarinala

  • Double what any women is making because they never show up for work and that's all they do is bitch half the time. At leas I'll show up for work on time do my job and shup my mouth.

  • GIVE A NUMBER! Also, make sure that you are at the high end of that figure and be prepared to elaborate and state that the "company fit" and "career move" is more important, salary is secondary to being in a position and company that are "right". My 2 cents!

  • this guy fuking sucsk.. all these answers are shit. .he comes off cocky as hell.. and doesnt look an ounce qualified ..

probably applying for a job of hallway monitor for his school

  • this is nonsense. I've tried this before, trust me employers don't want a bullshit answer (as if it was from the mouth of a lawyer) the want a NUMBER! Bottom line - you should know the going rate. started at the upper end of this maybe even a little higher. u can always come down and renegotiate.

  • @lawrencejames Hy! I actually tend to agree with this answer, since this is, as you say too, a negociation...and the golden rule in a negociation is : Who talks first looses

  • Yeah, this might be practical if the economy weren't a cross between a porta-potty and a wishing well where employers know they have cart blanche to lowball even the overqualified.

  • second answer is really pro.

  • One trillion dollas like dr. evil would and then say yeahh baby. lol

  • plz need subtitle

  • This is not a Financial move for me, it is more important to source the right company to bring my skills to, i am sure that the salary will not prove to be an obstacle if i am successful.......................Over to you mr interviewer!!!

  • I'll take $10 to $12 an hour cause i need a freaking job!! Oh did i mention i have a PhD in Business Economics. Wait!

  • @ToxicBrainSyndrome ur kidding me right?

  • SO what are your salary expectations for the janitor position? 1 million dollers, thats weekly and its non-negotiable as well as a corner office and access to the company jet.

  • Corner storage closet is yours and you are assigned to clean the company jet weekly

  • I don't get the second answer. can any one type it here :D

  • I think he says that "when the time comes, we can agree on a reasonable amount". And that, I strongly recommend this answer, but I think there are more than this.

  • can you give me the answer's script ? I can't hear it clearly !

  • "Based on my research, I believe that any offer would be a fair one". Make sense?

  • I was wondering the same thing. This answer is bad I think. Post employers want an exact figure.

  • can any question be to the point? does every question have to relate to why he/she should get the job?

  • Cut out those fckng intros!

How gave you the idea that 20 second of slurping and smacking would be amusing?

  • Dude, I totally agree! I think they took those intros from a brothel or something. xD

  • @ezmix : please be a bit more civil than that mate. Her videos are great and giving EXCELLENT advise.

  • can any body help me up figuring out some word please

" I beleive I'll be a good fit for this position .................. I've been toldby my supervisor"

    " that I'm ............. personality"

  • A personality

  • This guy sounds like a robot.

Is this really what employers want; being as fake as you can so you can sneak into a job and then show your real personality?

    I hate interviews.

  • why do they always start they're answer with "WELL..."?

I noticed every answer has that word..

    WELL...WELL...WELL...

  • The first ten seconds of each video is extremely repetitive and unnecessary, its on EVERY video. Makes me not want to ever visit this channel again.

  • I once went on an interview, went through all of their test and then at the end they told me the starting pay. My jaw dropped wide open. I kindly asked for my resume back and walked out without saying anything else.

  • what is the opening pay? if u know ur not going to get the job, i would pull my pants down and shit on their table, and wait for the cops to and arrest me for public indecency.

  • Im getting sick with the "wow, they were really prepared.. good point shit!"

  • @jengkiesville worrd

  • Any offer is not fair.

  • I just don't like him! No matter what he says!....It's a reality of interviews, sometime the interview just don't like you! It's life! lol

  • "I want 6 figures, bi*ch!!!"

  • LMAO that made my day good shit bro!

  • just say you want a salary equal to your work contribution.

  • Bad answer. Atleat he shoudl give some idea in monetory figurs.

  • this is a bad answer....its a answer a recruiter would like you to say, so they can close the deal at whatever level.

  • the best way is to give an intervalle of what you need between xK and yk, so you let themto choose.

  • What happens if you think your true "range" is from 50K-60K and you tell them any offer is "fair"... and then respond with 25K? I mean why wouldn't employers just give you a low amount?

  • Because they can not.. its law

  • @iwinyoufold: You're correct that they can give any salary they want. But if they offer something too low they may find they're hiring again as soon as the employee finds a better paying job.

  • Most employers have a salary band for each position. Usually that band has been determined by what salary is required to get the talent that they need. So if people doing the job that you seek are in the 50-60k range, usually your offer will be around that area. If not, just be positive about the job and tell them your concerns about the salary. Ask them if there is room to move. If there is, they will (if they love you). If there isn't, they won't. Look somewhere else.

  • damn, I already messed up!

  • me too

    I said $500 a blowjob

  • I would just try to be open and honest. But your advice is good too. Or at least the second answer was.

  • MmmmMMMMMM impressssiiiive annnnswwerr

  • That old grandma is giving headjobs

  • the woman who says wow sounds hot

  • Its a guy rofl

  • rely good PM answer

  • Thank you! I have two interviews this week and watching these videos are making me confident and excited about my upcoming interviews!

  • I really liked that second answer, thats always an uncomfortable question and putting it back on the interviewer seems like a pretty smooth move in negotiations.

  • the wrong answer: one million dollas

  • The second was very good.

  • Specially for recently graduated college students with no solid experience, such as myself.
