when you stop the car you have to engage the clutch if it's in first gear ( for a stop sign) for a traffic light first shift it to neutral then you can take your foot off the clutch, but not the break =P
@zreiscool if you hit the brake you will stall the car if you dont press the clutch too if you shift to neutral you can hold the brake with out the clutch though
You are burning the clutch the way you shift your gears.

when you stop the car do you have to hold down the clutch? or just press down the break and it can stay in first gear ..??
