de Chardin was the perfect agnostic. He analyzed and worked his theorys in a scientific way and what he found was compatible (after some reinterpretation) with the catholic belief. But not only catholic belief. What I am trying to say is, that de Chardin made a scientific, agnostic base for fusing belief and science, which can be applied for any religion out there. If regarded that way his works can be a great benefit to any religion that wants to persist in the coming times.
This is a smart young man....i would say that he reminds me of myself when I was his age but, honestly, he seems to have a little better grasp of DeChardin than me. De Chardin, as brilliant a thinker as he was, perhaps wasn't as needed 35 years ago as his brilliant thought is needed today with all the onslaught of religion going on.
Evolution doesn't disprove the existence of God: it may just PROVE the existence of God.
Put that in your pipe and smoke you youtube atheist brainiacs.
@EastofForever Michael Tsarion is the worlds premier conspiracy reseracher/lecturer/author. Leo Zagami, Jordan Maxwell and Alexandre Dumas pere are highly informative as well. p.s. Melting Euphoria is similar to Ozric Tentacles and Gong.
I commend you for studying de Chardin. the "brainiac" atheists farting forth their narrowminded views should stop harassing people and read de Chardin. Make themselves useful even. Then form a book study group.
Nice vid. I would like to tell u about Xavier Zubiri and Ignacio Ellacuria. Those two unheard giants went far and beyond Teilhard's orthogenic conception of evolution. Zubiri has a book called "Dynamic Structure of Reality" which is in english that talks about Teilhard. Ellacuria has material but most of it is in Spanish. Personally i think Zubiri is a greater parallel to Aurobindo than Teilhard. Continue on my friend towards the discovery of truth!
@EinSofVirtuoso This passage is from The Companions of Jehu--page 396--"You are ninnies! I have cheated all the time we've been playing, and you never found out. Those who lost can take their money back." Born and bred in the Catholic faith, Bonaparte had no preference for any dogma. When he re-established divine worship it was done as a political act, not as a religous one.
@EinSofVirtuoso ''Alexandre Dumas pere wrote over 400 historical novels expsoing world tyranny(Roman Catholic Empire). Alexandre Dumas pere was born near paris in 1802 and 'coincidentally' in 1902 The Society of Gesu(Jesuits) were expelled from France for the 3rd and LAst time. The Society of Jesu(Jesuits) have been expelled from 83 countries and their pope is ARAMIS AND HE IS ALSO KNOWN AS THE COUNT OF MONTE CHRISTO(GENERAL OF THE JESUITS).
@EinSofVirtuoso "The minority, the ruling class at present, has the schools and press, usually the Church as well, under its thumb. This enables it to organize and sway the emotions of the masses, and make its tool of them."
~ Albert Einstein, letter to Sigmund Freud, 30 July 1932
@Armando7654 That doesn't sound Hindu at all. The issue is directing one's awareness of Self as an image of God towards Jesus Christ, the beginning and consummation of our lives. One may never become God, but can become in Union with Him.
@Armando7654 < And evolved minds of many great psychologists and philosophers have agreed on one thing : there is no Satan or devil. People are unconscious about there repression and manifest these repressions as negative entities or actions. Psychotherapy has cured many Satanists.
Now we know how many good religions are victim of superstition; you seems like victim of the same.
@Armando7654 < I think, human beings are very powerful; we do have ability to create serious illnesses and entities like devil. May be we pull these from other dimensions deliberately or unconsciously. I'm just sharing my understanding; it is hard to prove if I'm right.
So I dislike spending my time in this sort of discussions. Hope you find what you looking for, love :)
I'm glad to see that Theilard De Chardin hasn't sunk into oblivion in the USA, because it's pretty much the case in France .... His ideas are truly amazing, relevant. You're completely right : He was really ahead of his time.
I hope that his wisdom will shine for a long time.
interesting this chardin priest. jesuits are the rockstars of the catholic priesthood. had a couple of jesuit professors before and they have been some of the best teachers i've had.
Nice one! I will attempt video response later.I first heard of de Cardin many years ago. There's a book called "Infinite Hive" by Rosalind Heywood-sorry the way my mind works!(or doesn't-at times)Have you checked-out Thomas Merton yet? another Monastic who studied Zen amongst much else.
For an Evangelical/Intellectual try Francis Schaeffer.
Biblical orthodoxy without compassion is surely the ugliest thing in the world.
Thx for this video

@Zeno1999 the majority of people on earth agree devil does exist.
How do you know philosophers and psychologists are correct? because they agreed on it? you only believe that philosophers are correct ha ha
