  • i have an M1911 GI Milspec 45 ACP incase anything goes wrong during the course of my day, 200 grains moving at 1,100 fps just seems to make me feel like i could handle a little more than some fight-hungry kids, as those are the least of my worries when there are serial killers and gangsters out there who dont play fair.

    i highly recommend everyone consider picking up something similar, most people want something lighter, consider a 9mm. that all being said, thanks for the video its helpful

  • Hey, this guy may be fairly young, but he knows his stuff. I've seen several of his videos. He is basically showing the same leg stretches I do for Muay Thai every day. I'm 44 and have been doing martial arts since I was 8. I'm a little surprised at just how much he knows. I know I've learned a few new tricks from him; not to mention, dude's wearing some serious Muay Thai shorts.

  • I too have heard this, but have done it my entire life. If you don't feel safe doing a full rotation, rotate 180 degrees, from shoulder to chin to chest, to opposite shoulder, and back again. Then the same, with your head tilted back, but less of a rotation.

  • Of course! Stretch 3 times a day, everyday. You will have higher, better, stronger, and faster kicks all around. Stretching is so important for recovery, flexibility, muscle growth, muscle stamina, etc.

    You don't have to be able to do a split to kick over your head, but it would hurt, either!

  • no the point is that i dont. I have bad spelling and thats for a number of reason i shouldent have to list before i ask a question. I just feel like its not a big deal if I may not be a native speaker and people have to point out all the mistakes. This video was very helpful and im sorry that the owner of the video had to go through this i would say it would understand if he deleated all of these messages. i was having a converstaion and you felt you had to correct it.

  • good sequence, the rolling motions of the neck and shoulder should be alot slower though unless you're trying to rick your neck.

  • Theres a number of ways to knock someone out, what you guys do is barbaric street brawling I'm sure, any swinging dick can swing their hands around in a downward slapping motion, if you want to learn how to fight, you need to learn the basics first, knocking someone out requires a good set-up, stance, and center of gravity, or a lucky shot, like most of the cute little street fights end in, and then everyone is afraid of the winner because his flailing landed on the sweet spot before the others.

  • Nice video, but for calf to save time try putting your foot straight against wall and lean into it.

    Avoid static stretching for splits etc, it can do damage to muscle later in life if you are doing it hard. Try doing dynamic, more effective and less damaging.

  • full head rotations are bad for you they can damage ur neck u shud only ever do half turns so look at sky then roll half way dwn to the floor stop then start again n alternate
