@Chispiolo Actually I have had several hondas including a 96 GSR and a ls/b16 tranny EK. I own a 01 Trans Am, 450whp, and a VW GTI 2.0 with a kinetic Turbo kit. 20psi, around 260whp. Soo.. yeah. Maybe I hate hondas that are slow.

@JobeMinacum Let me tell you something, nothing to argue about.... just the fact you think hondas are slow isnt a reason to come and make fun of others who like hondas. Everyone has their preferences.... I don't have a honda, but I like Vtec sounds and how it feels (my cousin has one), and I also love the sound of the V8 and their torque (my bro), every car has their high and lows, stock hondas may be slow, but tuned , they are great machines.

Love my EP3! I wish I had the stock ecu still though, there's no governor on speed limit like the type-r. The JDM ecu tops off at 120mph. So, I was actually going faster on the top speed before the swap.

Only if I have the cash for a K-pro. :(

I would say it's equiped in supercharger. Stock TypeR will do around 14.9 for quater mile and this one is as fast as my Impreza (13.5 for 1/4). I have seen supercharged civic's with around 300HP and it should be as fast as this one. Cheers guys!

For the money the EP3 Civic Type-r is an amazing car, sounds fab and goes like stink for a N/A 2.0!! No Turbos, no s'charging, just good hard engineering from a company who really know about engines. I've driven Renaultsports, ST Fords and GTi Golfs, but hopefully getting my Ep3 CTR later this summer! Pound-for-pound its almost unstoppable.

i have an ep3... its goin through the gears the same as my one.. but when u time it, it seems to be goin 2 fast.. it has no hondata ecu cos den it wud rev higher and go a higher speed in each gear and this car doesnt.. its seems standard but just really quick...
