You look at a guy like Kobe Bryant and you can honestly say there are no weaknesses in his game. I think Kobe could realistically make a run at Kareem's mark of 38,387 career points. He still has another 5-7 years in him to play at an elite level. But even if he falls short, Kobe is still well on his way to becoming the new Jordan (not saying he will be as good as or better than MJ) but Kobe will be the new standard by which 6-6 guards are judged.

Kobe didn't make the playoffs ONCE and it was only because both him AND odom were injured. Lebron has NEVER had a team as bad as was before pau was traded there. During those years, sub .500 teams could make the playoffs in the east while some teams in the west couldn't make the playoffs with records above .500. You look at a guy like Kobe Bryant and you can honestly say there are no weaknesses in his game. I think Kobe could realistically make a run at Kareem's mark of 38,387 career points. He still has another 5-7 years in him to play at an elite level. But even if he falls short, Kobe is still well on his way to becoming the new Jordan (not saying he will be as good as or better than MJ) but Kobe will be the new standard by which 6-6 guards are judged.

@fieldboychris and lebron is actually a team leader. he passes the ball unlike kobe's ball hoggin ass. kobe would have the whole team on him and try to shoot and lebron knows when to pass the ball and STILL gets more points than kobe. plus if you even breathe on kobe he cries screams yells and bitches at refs for a foul call. kobes a pussy who hogs the ball bcz he cant take that hes not the best player anymore. lebron passes and lets his players make plays too, and still gets his stats higher.

@fieldboychris yeah i agree wit that mj thing. but isn't that happening to kobe? artest scored 20 points in the championship game, fisher made the game winning threes, bynum shut down perkins and davis. kobe scored his 26 points. it was a team effort but kobe was given the credit and put on magazine covers and got the mvp when he was one part of many to win the championship.

lol eragon, mj conquered the sport in every phase of the game against the toughest defenses ever assembled b4 the rules were changed to help out finesse offensive players, if mj was in his prime in 2009, hed average 40 pts, 7 reb, 7 assist, 2 steals and a block a game. (mj averaged 37.1 points per game in 1987 for the whole season...that means if he scored 35 points one night, it would lower his average...incredible just thinking about it)
