Ive personally set 33 knots on HMCS St. Johns, which is one of the sister ships of Toronto. They do go faster.

also, during full power trials on the Montreal, they had it up to 36 knots.

Yes, I also recognized it. I pulled out the old Nintendo 64 and found the dusty cassette/game of "Rainbow 6". There it is at the game presentation. Not bad for a 53 years old memory!
