hi! actually the pukers represent consumerism and materialism. They are puking over an excess of things they have accumulated. You can see in one of them a girl puking over a new purse. I imagine they say "i love you" to show how we stay attached to worldly items even if we get to a point where we are sick. i too love her work! it is great!
