When your computer is starting up you need to go into the BIOS settings.

From here you should find something called the "FSB". You should also find something called a "Multiplier".

At first my FSB was 200mhz and my multiplier was 13. 13 x 200 = 2,600mhz / 2.6ghz.

I raised my FSB to 240 so my processor speed went up to 3.12ghz.

While you do this though make sure you underclock your RAM, raising the FSB will overclock your RAM aswell.

Raise it slowly, check your temperatures.

Run a program called Prime95 for a few hours, that should test if it is stable. Any temperatures over 70c is bad.

Anyway, stress it with Prime95 and raise the FSB until your temperatures hit 65, that is when you should stop.

Well you can tell from the video that it drops to around 80% speed at some points. Without FRAPS on I always have 50fps and if I take the limit off I hover between 100 - 300fps with my CPU being the bottleneck.

Hey buddy I get stuck at a place where they ask me to choose with memory card 1 and memory card 2 options and I cant go any further.When I select one of them they just say no data.what should i do?I really wanna play the ps2 on my pc please reply!!

Save the game, you can either save manually like you would with the PS2 or you can use "save states" that take you right back to the same place in the game...

Press "ESC" and then click on File and then save state...remember the slot and you can load it any time...

Ahh ok thanks. Its just it didn't look too great before. FRAPS video doesn't seem to agree with Movie Maker, it looked pretty bad, but i guess thats pretty good compared to most youtube videos :L thanks.
