Just watched. Late for work. This may not help but....

I would find all area codes for the city of Omaha. Those three numbers may appear together in those sequence of numbers. I would then take the following seven as the phone number you must call. If that doesn't work, I'd put the numbers sideways (into four columns) and then do the same.

That's all I can think of on the spot. So late.
