I think we're on two different wave-lenghts here. Believe it or not 95% of us Canadians don't mind being taxed a bit more by the government so everyone can get equal healthcare, education etc. And we never had guns in the first place so we don't miss them, as long as they don't take our beer. I know that these are tough concepts for Americans to understand, but come visit Canada some time, you'll see that we're on to something here.
