This is just one encounter where we (fortunately) were able to view this officer's actions on video. Note that no other officer came forward to either support or condemn this officer, nor make any statement to separate THEMSELVES from the actions of this officer.
Apparently they were "O.K." with it.
If this is how this officer felt it was 'O.K.' to act in the presence of not only his fellow officers, but in full view of multiple eye-witnesses, then how many times had he acted this way before?
