I noticed him moving, from Sunstone Tower Roof. And I saw him on my PIP-boy radar, possibly even saw his shadowy figure, but I had no idea that was him! x.O

And by "I tried" I mean I shot him, lazer'd him, rocket'd him, nuke'd him, shot a killsat near him, and shot flaming bullets at him.
He cannot die or get hit when stalking you.
