@Alalalalala11 I am starting to question whether that's the posterior or anterior neck as well... but you can see the pectoral definition and attachment sites for the sternocleidomastoid muscles, which still permits me to believe that it is the anterior neck. Oh and it is difficult to view the vertebral tuberosities.

what is this incision line? Looks like Schobinger, but not exactly it.And I think 3 point incision should not be on carotid artery.and ear has to be exposed and sewn backwards for a better view of mastoid region.By the way, are u an OMF Surgeon or an Onco surgeon? good that you put this to you tube. others can learn a lot. best wishes mate!
