By the way... to anyone in doubt at my gym the ez-curl 80's only have 2 plates on each side so I'm pretty confident he's right with the 110 in this vid (3 plates on each side)
Hey man I have a question for you why do you switch from a wide grip to a narrow grip halfway through the curls? Is it just better for you or does it work different muscles (forearms maybe?) It seems like it might be kinda hard on the wrists

i dnt watch the whole video i just read a 110..my brother curls 180 i last check hes only 17 or 18 he dosent put it behind his back tho..but he only benches 245..he aint never work out in his life...but tht once we went to the gym...ill put a video up..watch my flip video my brother is the white boy...
