I had Nightmare III in English, and why the fuck does everyone keep calling it Atmosfear it was Nightmare, Atmosfear didn't come until later!

Yes, but for Europe, the game you know as "Nightmare" was called "Atmosfear", cause a game called Kinghtmare already existed :)

I remember the retail Atmosfear 3 (the one with Anne de Chantraine) that I had once when I was a kid was in French with no subtitles. How did they expect non-French-speaking twits like myself and my friends to play the game?!

It looks like it's just something like a placeholder or something, something to look at besides the candle in the doll's head (the mask shows up before 1:33, also, and afterwards, looks like another doll's face, possible)
