  • paranormal activity was a terrible movie not scary and not fun to watch i want my fuckin money and time i spent watching it back

  • The MPAA rating system is voluntary. There is no goverment regulation in regards to movie ratings in America so Theatres don't have to follow it. Also R reans under 17 can still get in with a parent or adult gaurdian.

  • Uh, yeah, that's what I said, there was NO GUARDIAN, NO PARENTS...DO you WORK for that theater or something?

  • No but I've been to the MPAA website. They themselves say that their rating system is voluntary and that there is lo legal force behind it. Most theatre chains do enforce the ratings so if the ticketholder let them in on his or her own the theatre chain can take company action. Regal does have a company policy that enforces the rating system.

  • As does the entire State of Minnesota. It's "Theft By Deception"....based no ticket purchased by a party representing the guarantee of Parent or guardian

  • You'd think the guy/girl tearing the paper stubs would ask where the parent or parents are.

  • I agree. That was sort of my complaint.

  • I liked it...! In comparison to some of the other movies out, yeah.

Same with my cinema--they were so fucking loud! I would say the movie was more entertaining than anything else--it was very basic, very simple, and I think overall it worked. Some of the gimmicks lacked real originality and they could have added more 'subtle' creepy details.

The ending--I liked the throw, thought the smile was a bit unnecessary. Apparently the cop ending's better? Just my two cents!

    :D disney crowd. Ofcourse

  • I'm not so amazed by the fact that they let those kids in, but by the fact that they let you in with a fucking video camera. I mean, how retarded are these people?

  • well.....................the only prob a have with movies is they charge u 8.50 to see the movie...then 8 bucks for a pop corn and a drink.................wut if they did that at gas stations.....would they make it? i think not......but sum how movie places make a killing......gee...i wonder how

  • LMAO Disney Crowd.

  • It was alright. didn't find it scary though...

  • Paranormal Activity was a disappointment.

  • yea it wasnt scary

  • I love you Big sexy!

  • i usually go to movies baked so i would probably been laughing to i say my bloody valentine baked and i could not stop laughing

  • Often when you are over the age of 30, 17 year old girls LOOK only 14.

  • AHHHHH

    I WANNA SEE IT NOW!!!

    every1 sayin its good

15 year old chicks are easy to shut up

tell them you gonna call the cops

    if ur an adult

they look up to us older teen guys so I won't have any trouble tellin them to be quiet.

  • its not good dude... go watch it at watch-movies-links . com honestly itt sucked wasnt very scary the actors were decent it just wasnt scary like everyone makes it out to be

  • damn, i wanted to see sumptin original and scary

    thanks 4 lookin out yo

    u saved me money

  • man when i was a under 17 they never let me in to those movies heck they wouldnt even let me in when i was with my friend and his mom. im 19 now and hell i get I.D ed for video games. but ida told those lil runts to shut the fuck up. the movie was good but all the hype people built up saying scariest of all time kinda ruined the movie when it wasnt really that scary

  • i will agree with you! the movie was amazingly scary in the beginning when it first came out cause the theater was silent and it was scary ass F***KKKK!!! but i went again and the "COOL" teenagers from middle school bring their little crushes in and ruin the movie by cracking jokes and everything

  • i almost pissed myself during that movie lol

    XD

  • shit wasnt even scary

  • If I spent $40+ dollars at the theatre, I'd be pissed too. I don't blame you one bit. (Saw the film and I agree. It was very well done for a low budget film. A bit predictable but still quite good. Two endings, huh? I'll have to look into that when it comes out on DVD.)

  • what stupid girls, girls like that are so annoying! XD

  • It was good. Creepy but not scary. Definitely not the scariest film ever.

  • Who wouldn't care about that? I hate when people laugh or scream at something that isn't that serious. When I went to see Shrek 3 a man like 40 something years old was laughing his butt off! I was pissed cause all you heard was HAHAHAHAHAH omg HAHAHAHHA and then I hate little kids in r-rated movies because there so immature and the ones to scream and laugh the most seriously if your gonna see a movie SHUT UP AND WATCH IT if you wanted to talk go to the park or something.

  • ROLF waffles. I had the same damn experience at Shrek 3. I also hate if you go to a movie where other people think they "get it". Like at Clerks 2 I kept hearing this dorks saying "Oh thats from Mallrats!" so everyone could know how big of a fan/smart they where. I quite going to movies because most people there are retarded.

  • How are you going to prove that they were 14? Regal probably will laugh at, and then dismiss your complaint as a some wanna be Michael Moore with a mental disorder!

  • look everybody! A retard troll!

  • All hail it's little darylhorner sittin in the corner with a mouth full of popcorn trying to define retard,,,,,,,, again?!

  • Well let them ignore it, but more people will ignore the theater as well.

  • The disney crowd?! LOLs!!! And wait, what the fuck! $40 dollars to go see a fuckin movie?! WTF!

  • you should have told them to shut the fuck up

  • I did when I went >.>

  • I used just go to the E theater, but then again I lived on nicollet. Closer, I guess.

  • dude your fuckings awesome

  • Disney crowd haha!!!

  • it sucked, we were guna see saw six, but my dad just had to see PA

  • I saw the movie, I really truly honestly dont see whats so scary about it, Norbit was scarier then that lol

  • lol Norbit?

  • there are 2 different endings 1 is the girl(kattie) gets shot. and the other is that someone gets thrown into the camera

  • the first is the one I saw. Crazy movie

  • can 13 or 14 year olds get into r rated movies if their prents are their and says that they can?

  • no its illegal

  • its a mint film the end part of it was mad but i it does my head in aswell people fukin the film up

  • Daryl man, i feel you. I hate when people disrupt a movie but its not just 14-15 year old girls. Like I know you really don't care but you kinda sounded like a you were ranting like you do about racists and shit, but this time it was more of a whine cause you couldn't enjoy your movie.

  • I know how you feel, Daryl. I went to see Halloween II with a friend of mine, and they were CHECKING IDs to see if we were 17+....yet there they were: a group of teenage girls no older than 14 sitting behind us.... What the fuck?! And they were laughing and giggling the entire movie.

  • Daryl Horner is a beast...

  • You're a dumbfuck, he never said that there were parents there. I think you're just mad cause you were one of those 14 year old kids, and by the way, for someone whose insulting of another person for intellect, you should realize that it's not, "I thought u where," it's, "i thought you were." But anyway, i don't really care about the age of the kids they let in to watch rated R moves( as long as they're not below ten), as long as they act mature.

  • I dunno why but I didnt like Paranormal Activity. Their was this dude who kept saying "What the fuck" whenever a scarey part happened. Liek when the dude flew through the door way. He was loud as fuck.

  • man they do that shit everywhere. I used to go in when i was 14 but the thing is I was never disruptive. man sometimes the disruptive ppl just need a good kick n the face lol

  • I, um, heard that, uh...that the movie itself wasn't too scary, but you start getting real paranoid when your around dark hallways or rooms in your house at night because of the "oh my gawd what if it happens to me!?!" feeling. Is this true for some of you out there?

  • I going to watch that but I hate those fuckin kids that wont STFU during movies

  • If anyone disrupts my movie I just go tell management and have them kicked out.

  • You're an idiot. Where in this video did I say there were parents there? there were NO PARENTS there. And you want to challenge my intellect? Bring it on you little internet bitch...Now, cya...trolltard

  • fk the disney crowd lol

  • Yea i went to go see it on saterday and it awesome. Im 16 and yea i know there are dumbass teens who cant stop talking and texting for a couple of fucking hours.

  • yaa im 17 but when i was 14/15 we watchd the movie bc if we fuckd around the ppl mite tell the guard and then we wasted our $20 bucks btw never buy snacks and shit from movie theatures maybe popcorn tht really it bc they over price the shit outta every thing..

  • ok im 13 years old, but i go into any movie I damn well please. I can agree with daryl, though, on the fact that I hate it when people (usually teenagers) ruin a movie for you, but their not the only ones. there are the people who

    *talk constantly

    *overreact throughout

    *complain about worse parts

and of course, the guy snoring in the back row.

judge the people, but dont generalize. there are still some teens who actually try to b curtious to those around them.

  • what irritated me was the guys going "OHHH I'D FUCK HER" when she was having a hissy. Like seriously.

  • D, to avoid this(kids disrupting movies) you'd have to go through non-kid hours. Either early during school hours, or late during curfew(supposedly). The only time you can't win against these cell phone, loud noise, rude kids is during the summer when them and 50 more of them all decide to buy a ticket but sneak into your movie anyway. There used to be a usher posted up with a flashlight in the corner of the movies when I was growing up. Any slight disrespect and you were kicked out.

  • usually if im at the movies and someone refuses to shut up ill just have this friend of mine turn around and go off on them. kinda funny to watch

  • does the theater have metal detectors, if yes then you're in the hood. that's AZ thinks, how about you?

  • 42 FUCKING DOLLARS?!? I you paid $42 you should've gotten a special permit that allowed you to smack anyone who was disturbing you at the theater. Fuck, $42 thats a rippoff!

  • yea fuck that dude...it doesnt matter how old you are JUS SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!!!!!!!!!

  • a few years ago some wee prick started throwing skittles at the back of my seat. the place was packed and we had to sit in the back row of the front seats (the seats were split into 2 sections) and there was a gap of about 8 feet between me and him. after the 4th or 5th one hit, i turned round and caught him throwing another one. i jumped out of the seat, grabbed him and his mate by the backs of the neck an frogmarched them out the door. i got a round of applause when i came back. little bitches

  • lol, "fuckin' planes"

  • What the fuck is wrong with a 14 year old seeing a rated R film? What an old ass fart man picture yourself being turned down because of the "law" AS YOU SMOKE POT

LMAO talking about the "law" SHUT UP DARYL HAHAHA WOW go smoke some weed nigga

  • I don't give a fuck how old they are. I do however expect them to SHUT THE FUCK UP at a movie.

  • Now that I can agree with but its not just 14 year olds last time i was at the movies like 8 college guys came in loud as fuck its not really about age its maturity cause I wasnt loud when I was younger and I always snuck in

  • but you see, I can walk up to "college age" guys and tell them to SHUT THE FUCK UP. And if they have a problem, I can HIT THEM. i can't hit 14 year old girls. People frown on that.

  • hahahaha yea for some reason I get a lot of frowns when I smack my neighbors daughter

  • Legally, any child under the age of 17 is allowed to watch an R rated film as long as their parent/guardian is with them. Though I agree with you, anyone, weather they be 14 or fuckin 50 shouldn't be acting so incredibly retarted. you know what I'm sayin?

  • I hear ya Daryl. We went to go see Paranormal Activity and there were a bunch of stupid fuckin 14 year olds at the theater doing the same shit. And someone had the nerve to bring in a baby!! Although during the scare scenes the teens were more scared than anybody. I guess parents just drop their kids off to go see Madagascar, and then go into more adult movies. That's probably why Miley Cyrus's little sister is dressing like a hooker. Parents don't control their kids anymore lol.

  • WTF man $42? Thats a ripp lol

  • damn that sucks. at my cinema (which is regal btw) they were checking tickets and ID at the door to the movie. your cinema just dont give a fuck.

  • I can relate, but didn't you get into movies that you shouldn't have been at also as a teen?

You are now that old man that complained when your pimple faced ass was making too much noise.

  • actually, i was raised on military bases and would have gotten my ass DESTROYED if i were to disrupt those soldiers visit to the cinema

  • touche' I guess I will speak for myself next time. ;)

  • lol

  • Excellent video Daryl. I knew that movie was scary so I'm not seeing it. I am a coward.

Now on to the kids. When I was younger, I tried to see Coming to America. They didn't let me in. Why? Because I was under 17! What's wrong with these theaters? They are complete idiots. I've had many a movie ruined because of screaming and giggling kids and crying babies.

    This is bullshit.

  • I think you need to get over yourself. Thank God you don't have any kids.

  • so, let then in? Break the law? Ruin movies for those of us who go? Is that it?

  • paranormal activity was just another blair witch. it was boring as hell and took a whole hour for anything to happen. and both of the endings sucked.

  • i use to love going to the movies when i was 17-19 on the weekends but now i usually avoid going on the weekends for this same reason lol dam im old lol.

  • i would have gotten my money back... regal is good with giving refunds.

  • Im 18 so i know how you feel. I went to go see zombie land BUT i for got my id AND so i went to see the step father (witch is pg-13) and there a 12-14 year old girls screaming about shit that was no scary at all. I mane come on. they scream wan a cell phone fell off a freezer dame it. Grow a pair OR get out of the theater. That movie i saw was not evan rated r dame it.

  • Did they have a parent or something? Because then I think it's fine for them, but still, that crowd doesn't mix with that kind of movie. That trailer freaked me out.

  • 1) you spent way too much money to watch a movie, regardless of 14 yr old girls

    2) i think most theaters treat the age 'restriction' as pure guidelines.

    3) i see the theater is a public space and if you want a very specific quite and dark setting, watch at home. the theaters that i've seen, everything is going down hill.

im such a web baby. :P I know how your feel about immature gits.

  • i think if u go to a Public THEATER to watch a MOVIE.. u should be able to fucking ENjoy your movie... and there not " guidelines" they are LAWS

  • it seems like most theaters would not care so much though, at least they dont treat it as law.

maybe if a (some) 12 yr old(s) tried to watch an R rated movie then the theater would care but only at that.

  • I feel you Daryl. I don't go to theaters anymore just for that reason. Nothing can make you lose a high quicker than a bunch of wild ass kids.

  • Actually all movies have to go through the rating system, if they don't they are labeled unrated anyways. So if they want more people they just 17 and above to see they should get it rated.

  • Christ....I've seen so many damn movies at that movie thater. I used to live in Brooklyn Park and spent far too much time and money at that fucking theater lol.

  • wat state is dat?lol

  • ehh.

ive always managed to get into theaters even thought i should have been considered under aged.

Although i never giggled like a little school girl lol. I go in, watch the movie, enjoy it, tell the loud mouths to stfu and get out.

    good shit.

  • I completely understand where you are coming from I personally would like to see the movie im 14 as were the kids you mentioned I don't think that it's wrong for 14-15 year olds to see the movie I only thing it's wrong when they act ignorant and disrespectful for everyone else I don't know if you were implying that all 14-15 year olds act the same, but if you were trust me we don't it's just a matter of there parents teaching them no respect well I hope you have a good day =D

  • I'm planning on watching it soon!

  • I hate when the theater is filled with kids, that's why I only go to the movies midweek, latest showing.

However, the movie rating system is not a law. It is strictly voluntary, on both ends, film makers don't have to submit the film for the ratings process, nor do theaters have to abide by the rating of any given film if they choose not to.

  • the rating system is LAW. I don't know who told you is isn't. A movie theater can be sued for violating it.

  • It was a great movie. But that's exactly why I don't really go to the theaters anymore...too many loud kids!

  • omfg same shit happend to me this bitch with a painfully annoying ass laugh fucked shit up for me but it was good

  • my gf always wants to bring our baby to the movies... i'm like fuck that! i don't wanna be that guy y'know

  • nice looking theater, i loved the movie btw! i don't believe in ghosts but i found it VERY entertaining!!!

  • It's not likely; but, somehow the falsified their age? (such as, using fake I.D.'s)

  • oh god, last movie i saw was inglorious bastards or whatever it was called, and some lady had a baby in the theater and it was screaming and crying through half the damn movie, and that shit was like 3hours long

why anyone would bring an infant to any movie at all is beyond me

  • il wait for it to come on satalite

  • It shouldnt be rated R cuz it said rated R for language????? wtf!!!! there wasnt barely any bad language it was like PG 13 Dialog

  • they said fuck like 25 times!

  • i enjoyed paranormal activities, if you gotta a girl who wants to go to the movies. then pick that one ^_^

  • parents can buy tickets at the door and leave there kids to see a flick.

  • its not regal that did it it was the employees

  • Nope not the employees either. He stated Fandango. I buy tickets through Fandango all the time. They do not check age as there is no way to. You purchase the tickets and show up to the movie ATM machine with the credit card and or the confirmation number they give you. The only way this would work so under age kids do not get in, is if you had to go through a ticket employee which at most theaters now you do not have to.

  • haha u showed her face at 1:26 she is gonna kick ur ass

  • 42 fucking dollars, that's why I don't go to theaters anymore. For f*ck's sake.

  • honestly, 14 year olds into an R movie, not a big deal.

  • But the fact they were so f'n disruptive is the problem. Those disney bitches!

  • paranormal activity was shittay

  • The theater here in downtown Boston is similer. You buy and check tickets on the first floor, but most of the theaters except the 2 largest ones are on the second floor. Also aside from the concession stand, theres virtually no staff up there. So you can very easily buy a ticket to see one movie and go to a completely diff one instead. Also you can just go to a 2nd movie when the first is done.

  • They could buy tickets to Astro Boy and the go to Paranormal Activity.

  • fucking kids these days think its cool to be loud and stupid its damn annoying

  • don't be a dick daryl. it's legal to go to an R rated movie if you're under 17 as long as you go with a parent. i went like two weeks ago when i was 15 (just turned 16 today, huzzahhh) with 3 friends and one of my friend's dad. and btw, the movie was definitely NOT ad "seventeen and older" movie. there was no violence/sex, just scares and profanity which anyone anyone over 13 should be able to take. oh and btw2 there are actually three different endings to the movie.

  • That movie was dumb as fuck and I dont see why they rated it R there wasnt even much cussing.

  • If you say "fuck" more than once, it immediately gets an R rating. It definitely didn't seem like an R rated movie other than the dumb fuck of a boyfriend kept saying "fuck" for no reason.

  • Just as long as the kids are with anyone that is 17+, they can get in.

  • that's a bunch of shit. At my theater, they were carding everyone to make sure they were 18, even people who were obviously in their 30s. And if you were with anyone who was under 18 you had to be 21 to buy a ticket for them. AND if you wanted to be sneaky and buy a ticket for another movie and then just sneak into the paranormal activity theater, they got you on that too because they were checking tickets at the door to the theater.

  • I see where you are coming from, but I don't think its fandangos fault, its easier than some people think to sneak into a movie. Also I don't think its fandango's fault that the dumb biyatches behind yall happened to be dumb biyatches

  • In My Opinion, Paranormal Activity Sucked ass.

  • it did suck ball sack

  • im 14 and i get into R rated movies all the time and i'll tell you how.....usually theaters are divided into 2 sections of cinemas.....so if the movie's R.....you find another movie on the side of the movie ur trying to see that PG-13.....and take ur ticket for idk.....lets saaaay.....transformers.....and walk into paranormal activity....cuz they dont check at the doors.....im respectful in movie theaters though and i dont fuckin ruin movies like those girls....i hate it when people do that shit

  • or just have your parents buy the ticket

  • yea but i dnt want to have to take my parents everytime i buy a movie ticket lol

  • FINALLY someone who shares my pain. As an avid movie goer myself... I can't stand spending that amount of money for a movie and having some "Disney Crowd" in there ruining it all the way through, I'm surprised you didn't yell at them to shut up.

Thanks for the review and the report, I'll definitely go and see the movie, though, not at that theatre

  • I'm not quite sure that letting kids see rated R movies is illegal, Daryl..Plus there very easily could have been an adult with them as well.

  • hood of minnesota....southside minneapolis

  • I wonder is the movie really based on true story and or events that actually happened or is it all just fake?

  • well, if based on true events they mean ghost sightings than yes. there have been many ghost sightings caught on camera.

  • does it really feel good

  • Im 12 and I go to movies that only allow 14 or 18 up and i get in just because im with an adult

  • To be honest I think both endings suck, I've seen them both, from all the build up...I expected more and personally I never go to theaters anymore, you can't trust anyone to just sit and watch the movie like a normal fucking person

  • that movie sucked

  • Okay, two questions

    1) How do you know they weren't of the proper age?

    2) Are you sure they didn't have an adult with them?

Because If they did (If they weren't of age) they can see the movie.

  • i would of turned around and said shut the fuck up

  • Being some one who has had experience with 'paranormal activity' I was not overly impressed. The ending was unexpected, but most of the movie just bored me. I have to admit though, on a 14,000 dollar budget the movie was definitely exceptional and I'm sure big hollywood horror directors are just astonished at this movies success.

  • i am 15 and me and my friends went a watched it. kids like that piss me off cuz it makes all teens look like they do that. The movie was good but everyone i know made it sound a lot more scary than it realy was.

  • Stupid fucking little kids. same with black girls, theyre so god damn loud in a movie theater. luckily, i havent had one of those loud people in a movie theater circumstances in a while. but whenever theres someone loud in a movie theater especially loud little kids, i just go to them and spill a bunch of shit on them and beat the shit out of them until they leave.

  • Im fine with kids seeing rated R movies that arent 17 yet because i know i did when i was young. But if they are annoying like you say it really does piss me off.

  • Umm... I'm 14 and I went to go see Paranormal Activity, nut I went my 19 yr old brother and friends. There was ppl like that in the movies and they were annoying (I did not say anything through out the movie) I thought the movie sucked in my opinion, it did not get good till that girl got pulled out of the bed XD

  • I know where thats at! I grew up in Minnetonka

  • oohh i hate that.... it just burns my biscuits

  • i doubt the kids bought tickets for Paranormal activity... they probably bought tickets for a non rated R movie and just went into Paranormal activity

  • what the kids do is they buy tickets for a different movie at the same time then they just walk in to the Paranormal theater. it isn't the theater's fault.

  • When I went to see From Hell, some soccer mom brought her toddlers with her and they screamed and cried in terror until a theater manager showed up and asked the woman to leave.

  • hahaha nice

  • haha man ur like the coolest guy

  • That movie was dope. I saw both endings and both are good. I cant stand when people interupt the movie either, thats why i hate going to theaters. I went to go see The Ring 2 and a bunch of loud mouthed fucking 15-17 year olds were so annoying...And I was 15 at the time! (Im 20 now) I had more respect in my big toe than all those kids had put together!

  • lol

  • kids use their parents cards and shit. ... i haven't been to a theatre in almost 2 years cuz i think no kids should ever be allowed and imature adults should be kicked out

  • 42.50 for a movie?? WTF

  • its not just the fandango regal theater or whatever you just said Daryl, when i was 13-16 i got in any movies I wanted and nobody said a thing, idk where you grew up but it is super easy to get into a 17+ movie

  • I agree with you D.

If you spend all that money to have a nice theater-going experience, then you damn well should have one. If people want to talk during the show, then they should either go to Blockbusters, or get a bootleg from RayRay on the corner, and flap their jaws at home. (And folks should leave their bebe's kids at home too!)

  • i do hate it when someones talking in the movie-yes i may make one or two comments if the moods really intense-but its nothing that not going thru ohters minds. As far as your buddy not showing up-prob couldnt get his boots on the right or is left-feet.

  • OMG when will you ppl learn?

  • HTW, why are you allowed to breathe, asswipe??

And how DARE you bite your name from one of the greatest women in history?

  • ???????????

  • I'm 14, and I hate my age group xD. It annoys me when people, especially my age, ruin a movie like that.

  • I'm with you brother DeathBurger =). I'm 15 now, but yeah, the 14-15 age group is a pain in my butt. A few 14 and 15 years screw it up for the rest of us cool teenagers. All my friends will be quiet at a movie and then you have the 14 and 15 year olds that will laugh at a text they receive in the theater. Not all 14-15 year olds are like that, i realize that. They talk on phones during movies and scream and if they saw it already they blurt everything out that happens next. I could just smack em

  • Don't act like you're a cool teenager just because you're quiet.

  • read other comments i wrote. Think before you speak man, think before you speak. I'm a "cool" teenager because i am respectful to people not just being quiet in movies, but using manners and i abide to almost all rules told to me. Some kids cuss out people like they have nothing stopping them. They sound stupid cussing and stuff. I'm not acting cool, i am cool and adults respect me since i respect them first and want to talk to them and they enjoy it. You sir did not think before you spoke jeez!

  • Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity xD. And PistolAction is a prick. Ignore him.

  • i love regal theaters and im 12 and i was able to watch that movie (but i have manners and dont talk the hole fuckin movie i hate those people) an im going to watch saw 6 so not all 10-17 year old kids have no manners

  • I feel sorry for you Daryl (in my opinion) because Paranormal Activity was a clusferfuck bombardment of piec-o-shitery to the brain. I hope you don't die of spontaneous combustion while watchin that movie, realizing it was the biggest mistake EVAT!lol, jk but I really didn't like that movie. It was a piece of shit anti-suspenseful unscary movie to me. Go see Zombieland to relieve some of that " i can't believe i wasted 2hrs of my life on this"syndrome!lol keep up the good work btw, nice work!!!

  • yeah theres 2 endings to the movie..a orignal one which you probably seen at that retarded cinema and a steven spielberg one. I enjoyed it...freaky as fuck aswell..

  • But cmon what if u were 16 ?

  • Uh... Why didn't you go to the ticket office while you were there? You were walking in the wrong direction to report it to them and get your money back.
