  • Greeeeat investigation skills lady. Go ahead and OFFER an 8 year old scenarios like: "So when you come, home you just get the guns out and play with them , yeah?"

Dumb broad. Luckily the kid had enough sense to say no.

Anybody in the LE inv world would know better than this.

  • I really thought from the title that this was just another one of those lame, fake, parody type videos but wow it's real life!

  • ROBLOXobama1337 i think that all the times there gonna think there toy god dammit i give up on this world

  • "You shot your dad twice?"

YEAH! ...wait is there a problem with that?...

  • too much COD damn

  • No one should be carrying guns anymore. It's just too dangerous for people who think it's just a toy, just like this kid here. Why not just stun his dad with a cellphone right? Here's a sample - youtubedotcom/watch?v=I5pZbA0CnF8

  • @cloveredrover Let me ask you something. Would you give an 8 year old unsupervised access to matches? Yes, he "knows" matches start fires but does not have the insight to understand the consequence of playing with matches means death and destruction. The state will punish a parent for leaving an 8 year old alone unattended bc 8 year olds are not adults and they lack the capacity to make rational decisions. An 8 year is incapable of forming the 'mens rea' for murder. Class dismissed.

  • Comment removed

  • It shouldnt matter how old the kid is, he shot and killed someone. He should be charged with full murder and charges.

  • i find this very disturbing...

  • @cloveredrover At 14, I knew it all, too. LOL! Sorry to offend adolescents who believe they are miniature adults... Jejune anecdotal rhetoric aside, the FACT remains the frontal lobes are not developed until early adulthood. Barbarians sentence kids as adults for crimes they cannot possibly comprehend. I don't mean that in a lay (civilian) sense, but in a legal sense. And since I am referring to the legal system, and that is my bailiwick, let's reflect on who is actually bullshitting.

  • This little boy probably didn't understand what the police men were questioning him about. The police probably asked him questions that were far beyond his base of knowledge. He probably agreed to some questions not knowing what did they mean.He is small he doesn't comprehend the situation nor the questions.I am definitively sure he did not do this violent act , he is young and the only reason the police have him there is b/c he was nearby. The police or people always want to point a finger.

  • the Most eloquent speaker for an 8 year old ever ever ... i did not even talk like that when i was 13 hmmm

  • Not when it counted.

  • Does this kid ever miss his dad?

  • like i always say dont shoot anyone it second chance. just leave them be! youll get the 100 points eventually!!

  • this is why you dont let children have access to guns without some authority figure present and supervising. at that age, many of them dont understand the consequences of their actions.

  • That dark cloud is a killer!

  • I'm just wandering who has an 8 yr old that says "at that time" when describing something he did

  • are you freaks kidding? do you have kids? he's 8. he sounds like he's making up a story 2 tell the nice lady wat she wants 2 hear. His fidgetting and the way he's speaking (i think, and um) remind me of my 5 yr old when she doesn't know WHAT 2 say. b4 this r clips that show him telling a different story. my heart breaks for him either way. if he did do it it will destroy him even if he gets off scott free. it was his DAD. he's way too young to understand something so big.

  • @dnhays106 i agree....this kid has no idea whats going on.....maybe he did it maybe not but he is like a lamb to wolves in any interogation

  • are you freaks kidding? do you have kids? he's 8. he sounds like he's making up a story 2 tell the nice lady wat she wants 2 hear. His fidgetting and the way he's speaking (i think, and um) remind me of my 5 yr old when she doesn't know WHAT 2 say. b4 this r clips that show him telling a different story. my heart breaks for him either way. if he did do it it will destroy him even if he gets off scott free. it was his DAD. he's way too young to understand something so big. should suffer? really?

  • @USSDaedalus if u watch the other video (the news report) the paster said his dad wanted him to be able to shoot a gun bc the are avid hunters

  • u know why the hell would someone buy a gun unless there a cop r in the military?

  • Just put him down like old yeller.

  • I think?

  • I feel bad for the kid:(..

  • how do they know for sure that he did it? if he did do it they should kill him by gunshot to the face

  • That's a messed up face he got there.

  • @USSDaedalus yea i know. it sounds like someone just made an excuse for him because later on he says "i think umm i shot him" How can you think you shot him when u gave a reason for shooting him? I bet its more like he was playing with the gun that he got into. he didnt know it was loaded so he tried to scare his dad but shot him instead. He doesnt sound like he knows the seriousness on what he did.

  • @vipsta11- An 8 year old would NOT understand the seriousness of what he did. They do not have a adult's concept of permanence. You don't punish a kid like an adult since kids do not have the brain development to appreciate what they are doing. Recent brain imaging studies are demonstrating that the brain is not mature enough to comprehend violent acts until the age of 21 or 22. We are talking about the anatomy - the actual structure of the brain. Not some mushy concept like insanity.

  • @cybersleuth58 Well I just learned something.

  • @cybersleuth58 21 or 22?! Man, I must have been extremely mature for my age. Im 21 right now and I can tell you honestly that even as a young kid I could comprehend violent acts full well. Now I may be a special case because even my family recognized I was always mature for my age, but I find it hard to believe that even someone his age doesnt understand what shooting someone can do. Even the immature jacknuts I had as classmates growing up would know that. I blame the deplorable parents.

  • @cybersleuth58 it doesnt matter. he knew that when he shot other small animal sthey would die and not come back anymore. he knew that when he pulled the trigger he was going to murder them. He already pre-meditated it so that means he was planning on killing his dad! what more does it take to prove he was trying to kill!

  • @cybersleuth58 That is very true, I am doing research on that right now! Early data show that some peoples brains have no concept of this kind of violence until the age of 25! There is more to this story than meets the eye, thats for sure.

  • @DaddyMedic Thank you. Unfortunately, the research being done doesn't reach Fox viewers the same as the sensationalized coverage of a child killing someone. Ppl want to see these kids sent to death row. It is insane that we have become so draconian. We once believed in the concept of redemption, at least for juvies.

  • @cybersleuth58 KILL THAT LITTLE KID HE DESERVES DEATH MWUAHAHAAH

  • I don't know who is more stupid... The people believing this Kid or the Kid himself! :S

  • Just a bunch of B.S. All the "I think this happened..." or "I think I did it..." is ridiculous. He's been coached to say that shit.

  • end his dad's suffering? what did he use? ol painless?

  • @USSDaedalus COMPLEX FRACTIONS!

  • the next michael meyers

  • That little kid is full of shit. The guy's ex probably put the kid up to it while she was getting nailed by her new boyfriend and sniffing poppers.

  • he thinks why would u say "i think i did this"? someone told him to say that

  • stupid fuckin kid 8 is enough to know you DONT SHOOT ANYONE. omg stupid fuck. i was playing with bb guns that age with my friends and we would always wear eye protection. idiot kid.

  • @USSDaedalus Because in America, you learn kids that violence is the solution for everything

  • i am 22 and i still dont know how to use a gun, except for BB guns but idk if they are the same.

  • @joemanuel222

Wow you're a pussy. Grow some balls and learn to shoot guns, fag-ass.

  • This KID ===>@azurescens420

    JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAAJAJAJAJAJ :)

  • @azurescens420 who said I dont know how to shoot a gun?????? learn how to read you fucking moron and just cuz i dont know how to shoot a gun (which i do) makes me a pussy????? wow, in that case there are billions of pussys in this world.

  • DON'T GIVE KIDS ACCESS TO GUNS.

  • @ROBLOXobama1337 i learned how to use a gun when i was 12 so i could defend myself when i was little...

  • @Daedra24164 ALONE

  • @Daedra24164 I learned how to use a gun when I was 10. But ONLY with my dad around.

  • The boy does not have a laryer present because he was originally brought in as a witness for questioning. not as a suspect. I don't believe he really understood what he was doing, however he needs to be made aware that there are consequences to actions. He should be placed in juvenile rehabilitation until he is older. Maybe 16 or 18. But why should they kill a young child to show others that killing is wrong? that makes no sense. Punishment is this case needs to be carefully considered.

  • Retarded boy.

  • Kid probably learned that from his dad teaching him to kill wounded animals and end their suffering.

  • Stupid law. When a child kills a man and finds out that the only punishment is a no no waring, he might commit crimes later in life. Just shoot him.

  • @frenchfrys12 I really fucking hope you're joking. And if you are, it's not funny you sick piece of shit. He's a kid, he said " I think I shot my dad because he was suffering I think." He probably doesn't even understand that his dad won't be in his life anymore.

  • @MrDrDudeMan When I was 8 I knew more than you now, guaranteed. I know that a normal 8 year old know that killing his dad is wrong, perhaps your are that kid?

  • @frenchfrys12 Implying that you know more than me just proves that you are stupid and saying that I am that kid is too. And just because you knew something when you were a kid doesn't mean that everybody in the world knows that. Not everyone is brought up the same way as you were, and maybe that kid hasn't learned that killing is wrong yet. You don't know a thing about me or where I come from, so go back to the 2nd grade now kid, and try to pay attention to the lesson this time?

  • @MrDrDudeMan If I say I know more than you and its a fact, there is nothing stupid about that. You don't repeat what you say in a argument, you adapt, which you fail at doing.

Seeing all that junk piled in one paragraph makes me hesitate to read it. Divide your topics into short paragraphs please.

  • if he's old enough to go jail (as the police were thinking), how come he's not old enough to have an attorney sitting there while he's questioned?

  • send him to bad company =)

  • @USSDaedalus his dad was a hunter, his dad probably said he killed the animals because they where suffering. Then u do the math....

  • wow even for a kid hes fucking stupid even thogh they cant think they should know better this kid should be tortured to death

  • jajajaja lol

the kid is mexican zeta ?

    jajajajaja

    lol kill your parents

  • shoot the kid

  • @USSDaedalus He's dad was a hunter so maybe that had something to do with it.

  • @97akke97 I wonder how 2 .22 rounds into an adult male would kill. It hurts but he should live.

  • @Daflaminasian theyre humans, not fucking grand theft auto animations. 2 bullets can very easily kill a man. one to the head or one through any other major organ will kill a man.

  • @VaginosaurusRex Shit I forgot about that. I was thinking arm or legs. I mean how tall can an 8 year old get

  • ya dude hes 2 young for jail that should be reviewed n his mental problems fixed rite?

  • This is what happens when you are a LIBERAL

  • @Metr0idzpwn hahahaha : )

  • Well he def got the idea from the dad himself, I can just picture it, the boy had a pet or found an injured animal or something like that the dad shoots it dead and explains it by saying it was suffering, he had to kill it. They do it all the time with lame horses and stuff too. Kids can't comprehend death

  • he shot his dad because he was suffering?

  • when kids see Tv Movi films like shooting Guns or fighting or paly game programed on playstion Gun shooting he like to play it in real life , so try to solve the problem it may happen a gain with some one els sorry to say that but it is true

  • Ummm.... You don't shoot someone who is suffering, this isnt ol' yeller.

  • The kid was molested, hence the reason why he shot them. He had enough and didn't want to get raped again.

  • @yizuman

    /endtroll

  • Ehh. Sociopath..

  • 8 year old children are programed to say what they think you want to hear...... this is not being handled well

  • First of all, under the law an 8 year old can be sent to jail because they have been recognized as being able to know the difference between right and wrong. He knows that shooting his dad and his friend was a bad thing but I agree with some of you that there has to be a reason behind it. Possible sexual abuse or something. I don't buy the "Too much Call of Duty" give kids more credit than that & stop blaming video games!

  • @cassiecar I completely agree the children know that killing is wrong, hey they might think that the people they kill will just respawn like in Call of Duty.

  • kid needs to be euthanized he might turn out to be michael myers

  • Is that a picture of a dildo in the middle of the screen?

  • thi kid seems like he has been framed for this when he didnt do it i mean listen to him.

  • There is definitely way more going on here than meets the eye. I'm not sure I believe he did it...way too much footage cut from the video the cops released and there are clips of him describing what he found coming home from school. The boys father was a hunter and I'm sure he taught his son "the rule" about ending a creatures suffering. Only the boy, his father and our Father knows.

  • @The2ndSystemSaginaw very sad and tragic no mater how u look at it....but ur right only the boy his father and god know the truth....

  • @The2ndSystemSaginaw And the other guy the little twerp killed.

  • Gee, then I saw TIM and the gun sort of went off again... But I totally rule world of warcraft officer!

  • what 8 year old uses the word "suffering"?

  • hey man its alright....i dont feel pain when most people die.

  • @per1winkle well, some of us didn't have the vocabulary of a fish when we were little.

  • whats really bad, i dont feel effected by this, and i fucking should be

  • the first words just blew me away!

«i think i shot my dad.... because he was suffering...i think?»

its just so sad about the fact that a 8 yrs old killed his own father WITH A GUN when he didnt meant to (in the bad way). WHERES YOUR GODDAMN COMMON SENSE PEOPLE?!

  • @MasterboySSBMgod Yeah... he didnt mean to shoot him. Twice. And then he didnt mean to shoot the other man too. Twice.

Surely he didnt think of long term consequences, but sure like hell he meant to do what he did.

  • another clip of the whole thing. He starts by saying he found his dad dead, and saw a car leaving.

  • USA!

  • haha

  • F U

  • @utuberinatl "living in America!

    love that song

  • I believe it's "livin' in America" you limie wanker. It must be nice to live in a Utopia where there's no crime...oh wait, don't you assholes beat each other to death over a "football" game?

    Your food sucks too!

    Happy New Year.

    bugger off.

  • @utuberinatl "livin" is improper Englsh "dude" I believe ur basket ball players beat each other up. And kids shoot parents. "Rock on dude".

    Happy new year dude

    bye

  • That's the way the Great James Brown pronounced it in that song so piss off dude.

    Happy New Year m8

  • @utuberinatl Happy new year dude!

  • i actually feel sad for the kid... hes so young= / and already a jail sentance waiting for him:O

  • lol i bet he didnt really shoot his dad: P

  • Kid probably played a tad too much Call Of Duty

  • Wow I hate that woman asking questions to the kid.

  • these cops are assholes for manupulating this little kid he should have a lawyer present these cops are ridiculous all they want is a good case closed record so they use this little kid and ruin his life these people are disgusting.....enough said

  • he fucking killed people, he deserves to be hanged.

  • i think its the way he was taught and he thought it was the right thing to do he was never taught to call 911 or something like that hes really young and doesnt know much. it makes me mad to see little kids go to jail for 10-20 years when they made a big mistake when they think there doing it right or something

  • Killing people is not like spilling apple juice and being sent to a corner.

    long Jail sentence is needed.

  • Hes 8, Hes too young for Jail, Plus I don't even think he has the mental capacity to think of the consequences of shooting his dad. Perhaps if he was to be taken away and taught that shooting guns at others is wrong (unless he goes for the Army ofc), Then i'd agree.

But Jail? he wouldn't survive with the inmates.

  • they have jail for kids.

and would it be such a bad thing if he got beaten in Jail?

    nope, not in my opinion.

  • Not beaten, Educated that its wrong.

If he was 16 or 18 do you still think he'd do it?

  • sure, teens kill people also.

  • Ofc they do, but do you think THIS boy would do it? I personally believe he wouldn't.

  • don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

    Amen, i'm done here.

  • @jadegizmo You are a 17 yo and are proving my point for me. Anyone who thinks that subjecting an 8 y.o. to a beating "is not a bad thing" is extremely immature. I knew before even looking at your profile you were a kid. Kids are not adults; they should not be held responsible for having the maturity and insight of an adult. Plain and simple.

  • Your missing the point. The kid shot and killed someone, it's the parents fault in the first place for making a gun available to a fuckin 8 year old, he deserved to die, but this kid also deserves to be punished severely.

  • @Benniboiere if hes old enough to murder 2 people...hes old enough to do time

  • @Benniboiere lmao you're fucking dumb 8 years old, you know what the fuck you're doing. kid was just a little dumb fuck

  • @Benniboiere (Everyone knows right from wrong.) When I was 8, I knew guns can kill and this kid seems pretty smart. I say if the father didn't cause this himself (i.e. rape or physical abuse) then the kid gets what's coming to him.

  • @Benniboiere

perfect logic: unless we're told otherwise, lets engage in any behavior irrespective of magnitude and come off scott free because we were not told otherwise. youre ridiculous, murder is mala in se; inherently evil. consequences are irrelevant here, the act was wrong in and of itself and informed consequences are not necessary for barring injurers. because the crime is inherently evil, victims recognize the act is wrong. that is the definition and denotation of mala in se.

  • @joshmccraney720: Actually, I think you mean "malum in se" (singular) not "mala in se" (plural). Just bc you throw some Latin around doesn't make what you say correct. Yes, the killing of a human being is "malum in se" but the killing can happen as a result of illness, accident, what have you. We don't trust an 8 year old to vote, drive a car, whatever. Because they are not adults. For the same reason the law should not treat an 8 yo like an adult. & - public policy issue - rehab is preferable

  • @Benniboiere i agree, but he wont survive with the anal also!

  • @Benniboiere yeah, hes too young for jail, but besides going to jail, i think he should still suffer since he just killed two people.

  • yes well he did kill 2 people...pretty easy to say that when you don't know the people effected.

  • the kid is mental, his life is already ruined, its not like their trying to corrupt and angel.

  • this is what happens when kids who are not old enough play M andA rated videogames!

  • lol. srsly? if someone has a good foundation and family they dont learn principles from video games. gg no re

  • really? I've been playing M and A rated games since I was 3 :D and I turned out great... I mean, well I'm a little fucked up, and I have about 30 pocket knives... but there for self defense :D well... I guess I've only been playing M and A rated games for 10 years... but still :P

  • i guess you are pretty mature then :)

it depends how mature you are if you are mature than you're good playing M and A rated games but if you are not mature you get fucked up! thats the videogame law!

  • People always blame games, but it's atually the amount of attention given from your parents that plays the biggest roles in these cases(And that kids don't think about the consequences of their actings)

  • @wasteoftimereading dude the kid is 8 he couldn't even define the word consequences.

  • its not the video games yo idiot he was taught how to hold a gun and for hunting

  • the devil

  • lol

  • yep, the workings of the devil

  • im not saying he did not shot him but hear him talk about it but i know he is young but it sounds like he is trying to remember something like he is saying um i think um

i agree with corkagh if not his mom someone did

  • freak

  • Bet his mum put him up to this.'The Bitch'.

  • agreed

  • man fuck if they didnt read him his rights this lil fucking basterd should be in jail right now !!!!

  • I'm not accusing or defending anybody but I think a 8 year old kid already knows that guns are dangerous and guns can kill well I'm 21 and at my age I already knew that guns were already dangerous...

    what happened after that?

  • Well he got a plea bargain and didnt do any time but as to what caused it is still a mystery. Unfortunately police interrogated him without any parental consent or lawyer present (illegal) and they didnt read him his rights (illegal). Furthermore a child of this age, their brain is underdeveloped. Police interrogations are so brutal they can convince an innocent man hes guilty by torturing him to a light degree. Ex. lack of sleep, not allowed to use the restroom, etc.

  • O_O This was freakin' scary. His dad was "suffering"? Now, I don't know about anyone else, but when I was 8, suffering wasn't exactly in my vocabulary...maybe he heard those words before his father died and it got stuck in his head. *sigh* This makes me so depressed.

  • Dad brings life into the world, Son Ends life .....

  • If you have access to guns at an early age... and you've been taught how to handle them... (just a thought) programs and video games or children showing them shooting/ getting shot then ALWAYS coming back to life. Having several lives in games... I wonder if he KNEW he'd be permanently killing his dad. I'm not BLAMING video games or whatever... in my disbelief of this situation, I'm trying to make sense of it I guess. Made me tear up. I wonder where the child is now?

  • i think he would have the reason that he killed them because they were maybe to bad fathers

  • Fucked up kid...... fucked up brain...... an fucked up parents for giving him a shotgun........

  • he shot him with a 22 rifle not a shotty,

  • i was finna say! cant no damn 8 year old shoot a shotty without breakin a shoulder or somethin.

  • really?

you must not know alot about guns :D

as long as you can pick up a gun, and know

the correct way to hold it. then the recoil shouldn't

be that bad... but it was a .22

    doesnt even kick at all

  • yeah..... :( who would shoot their dad?

  • It was a fucking 22 caliber rifle.

  • i think its gud he should be treated like an adult cause wether he knows better or not that does means he should be free to go kill other people again.. and you dont know, probably he was taught better and jus was rude cause i know plenty young children who already have a killing mind set.. he could be actin inocent now and switch when he free... ya never know.. cause children these days are VERY forward!

  • think about it... the people who are asking him quistions are acting like everything is alright...listien closely... quote at :12...::"that makes sense, ok." one of the people said that after the kid said that he didn't want his dad to suffer. wow

  • that sent chills down my spine...

  • holy smoke

  • that is just wrong man if he claims hes sufferin call the ambulance

  • more to it has to be and yes police like to make u say things if u arent very aware of what happened

  • When hes 25, he would be the best character for a novel or even a movie...

  • did his dad diee?

  • no, the lil boy jus murdered his dad and anotha man.

but both the men are ok. +_+

    YOUR FUCKIN STUPID

IT SAYS IT IN THE DESCRIPTION!:

"An 8-year-old boy accused in the deaths of his father and another man..."

  • I would like to see the whole interview. I have an 8 year old nephew that led in the right direction would say he did some bad shit I'm sure.

  • for 8 years old he is SMART. his vocab is great for someone of his age. and he is holding his grip well too

  • I think little kids should never play with guns and maybe Kids+ guns = blood or guns - people = better place

  • I never knew Dylan Klebold had a son lol

  • Hahahaha.

  • It;s hard for an adult to fire four rounds let a lone a kid. Forensics will prove that. Maybe one shot, if he were lucky, but 3 more accurately?

Also, I wonder why the rest of the confession isn't here for us to watch. I watched another clip of the whole thing. He starts by saying he found his dad dead, and saw a car leaving. Then the cops keep leading him, without miranda rights, or parents around "FEDERAL LAW!" At the end, is when he says "he thinks he shot them" cops have low IQ's fact!

  • Wow! What's happening with kids these days? First a 12 year-old boy fathers a child in the UK and now this kid admits to killing his dad and another man. Listen to his voice. No remorse is evident...he's discussing the shootings like he might describe a family outing.

I think this lad will have to be watched, for the sake of the wider community, for the rest of his life. Natural born killer???

  • he's a kid. he still doesnt know any better. and im saying this with respect, im not looking for a fight out of you.
